Worked as advertised. Called every dealership in town and got a firm NO from every single one of them. Once i had the app connected to the obdlink, i had my ram's pin a few seconds later. About 10 minutes after that with alfaobd i had two extra keyfobs successfully paired to my truck. Worth every penny. Thanks!

There are no instructions on this app. Clearly not intended for the average user. It requires additional tech to function and you have to buy tokens for each diagnosis/function in the app. Not for me. I have no idea if it works as it should once you figure it out, get the extras, and pay for the in-app options. I uninstalled it. Also, it requires access to your phone contacts which is intrusive and suspicious. Thanks, anyway.

Didn't work. Sent multiple emails to developer with no response. Paid $15 for credits I can't use now and would like a refund, but no contact with vendor suggests that's not happening. I can't recommend given my experience. Seems others got it to work, so I'm not sure what happened.

Xlocksmith you are wrong. Read the reviews and you state many users are in error. For example, your web page clearly states "Supported Vehicles" and lists Jeep Libery 2005-2007. When someone can't get your app to work on a SKREEM vehicle you say that people aren't reading your HELP or instructions. Why do you have a list of supported vehicles on your web page that is not correct? To get 5 star - Update yor website to show a correct list of supported vehicles or give a clear list of unsupported

Won't work on 2018 and newer vehicles. Listing says it works with 2005 to current vehicles. Not so. Once you download the software and buy tokens, you discover it won't work. I'm asking for a refund of my token purchase.

Easy for the first try, second was confusing due to the list for vehicles is incomplete. Dodge grand caravan fell under a ram because of the year. Either way i got two pins for less than 1/2 the price than the dealership. A little weird using tokens as a way to get different pins. Overall great app.

Free credits (15) work great if you only need to do one car. My PIN cost 5 credits. Pulled the PIN and was able to program a key with AlfaOBD. Have to figure out the correct CAN, but it was broken down by year range and model in some cases. Incorrect CAN selection didn't use any credits. Super easy, thanks! 2008 Jeep Commander, OBDLinkMX+

It was a little confusing as I never saw the screen that showed which test to click on. Saw it here, and it worked perfect! Would definitely recommend. 2009 PT Cruiser

2015 ram 2500 4x4 . This app worked great! I dislike the dealership so paying a small fee was totally worth it. This took seconds to get my pin. Great job to the developers. It doesn't show on their website that it supports 2013+, but the app has the option of 2013-2019 and it does work. Very satisfied 😌.

Connected easy to my cheap bluetooth obd2. 3 stars for not being easy to use and charging $14.99 for Ram PINS (normally free at dealership). If the convenience is worth it to you, or you don't own a Ram, this is a 4 star app. 5 if the selections were reworded so the one you need is easily recognized.

Thxs folks..I did have trouble with the app, but I now realize the problem was a tech issue. Your reply was a big relief, explaining the problem. All is well and I can get back to work. The app "IS" an important part of my job. Once again this app paired with correct device will make anyones work a breeze.

Does the job for getting small info, does not work for me for pin pulling. OBDLINK MX user. I have tried the tazer double bypass, SGW bypass, with and without. Got nowhere for my Challenger '18 even though it's listed up to 2018. Keeps giving me "module is blocked" error. Would gladly try anything at this point to figure this issue out.

BEST & CHEAPEST option for pulling FCA Pin Codes. No reason this app should have less than 5 stars!! The app ALWAYS gives me the correct PIN. Go the the Chrysler pin puller website to see a list of supported vehicles. For the people leaving less than five stars or a bad review, they are the issue not the app!! I have pulled hundreds of pins and never once a single issue! There is no better option for pulling the PIN. Not to mention it gives you 15 free tokens for many vehicles this is enough

I have only used it once so far but it worked great. I was wondering if it would be possible to add a feature where you could type the VIN in manually to get the PIN. That would be nice in certain "all keys lost" situations. It now supports 2014+ Grand Cherokee? I thought those were RFH 2.

I have a Dodge Dart and the app failed to pull my key pin. I contacted them and they asked me to send the log after the failed attempt. They prompetly got back to me with my pin and it worked perfecly. I very much apprecite this app and what it did for me. Saved me the hassle of trying to deal with a dealership.

This worked great!!! I didn't want to have to talk to my dealer, just to get my pin, and it was well worth the $15.00 in tokens to get it right from the vehicle! I was able to use another app to program my new key fob (saved $210) with no issues!

Great app with great support from developer. I was able to get PIN for my Chrysler 300C within a minute. Which allowed me to get two new keys programmed. I would recommend it 100%. If you get "ECU not responsive" message, you need to use some other OBD2 ELM327. I used Vgate iCar 2 ELM327 (black-orange one), with success.

Absolute great experience and works flawless even with the veepeak OBD reader on an export (Australia) 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Had the chance to also get in contact with the support, which is quick in response and super helpful.

1) Dev says it works with OBDLink so I'll concede that it might, it didn't for me but my older adapter seemed to work ok. 2) They give you 15 free tokens, require 50 to get the pin from a Ram, then only allow you to buy in increments of 10, 25 or 50 (and more) tokens. 25 is 32¢ each, 10 is 50¢ each, why not offer to sell 35 tokens so I don't have to pay 2 different prices to get the one thing I need your app for? Edit: wasn't asking for it for free. Lighten up.

Worked amazing!!! Highly recommend!!! My elderly neighbors had their keys and luggage stolen on vacation. They couldn't afford the locksmith to replace the keys. After finding we needed a pin and living over an hour away from a dealership we gave this a shot. It didn't work with our tablet but worked seamlessly with my android. Saved us all hundreds of dollars and a trip into town! THANK YOU!

This failed to pull anything from a 2001 and 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got a "something went wrong" message when trying to read my PIN. I forwarded the contact us/send log information to the app 24 hours ago and have not heard back from them. Im afraid the customer service is lacking in my case.

It failed. 2015 grand Cherokee limited. 100 tokens (25$). 5g cable, 5 feet from router no help. Might work for other vehicles, but not my moms. So do i get my money back? Mx plus obd, Samsung s8+. Alfaobd works fine. Update: the software designer and I or trouble shoting. Will post out come. I raise to 3 stars because designers help. It worked on ram 2013 so i changed to 5 stars.

I have a new 2020 Ram Classic. I require the PIN for changes I’m planning, and I refuse to plead or play with a dealer to get MY information. I’m putting a lot of time and money into the truck, the price to get the PIN is insignificant. I used a Z automotive T-Harness bypass. On this vehicle, it only jumps the CAN lines (6,14), not the FCA IHS lines (3,11). This truck is a 2020 Ram 1500 Classic. I added credits to my account, and used Type - RAM(1/2)500_(13-19). I had to keep the vehicle power on (for the OBDLink MX+ device), in addition, I also turned on the hazard lights. I hit ‘START’ and got my VIN, part # and PIN#. Works like a charm. Very Happy! And, for the complainers: If you can’t figure it out, maybe you don’t need the PIN#. LOL In addition, the developer was super helpful. Yeah, I doubted at first, but not anymore.

Another very useful tool. I would have given 5 stars, but I think it's stupid you have to buy tokens to pull a pin from your car. It doesn't protect anyone by this method. Worked on a 2012 Ram 1500. Already had my pin but tried to verify and was 100% correct.
