the game is really fun! I'm 24 and play to get my 5 year old tickets and it's even challenging to me! but it's very addicting thing to get more tickets! would have gave 5 stars but I got up to the 500 tickets and redeemed them and it never got sent to my email. so all that hard work for nada! update: I feel like you guys changed it to where the other cars are slower and the bulb into eachother and it kills the fun!! and it's super glitchy!!
So this game is pretty fun. The steering is hard at first But you usually get the hang of it eventually. As for the missions... they won't let you win! Literally! I'm like 12 and I still can't get past the 3rd one! The races...well... they are pretty hard too. Getting characters is VERY HARD! Why do you have to make it soooooo hard!?!?! My sister is 6 and she really cant do anything! Come on guys! PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER!!!!!! Ps make a joystick mode ( also, I would say more but I'm otta room)
I am glad I could redeem on this game as the other comes up with an error. It sucks it is maxed at 500 tickets and it requires a $5 food purchase but if you plan to eat, I guess its not too bad. The game itself, the controls suck. Its hard to turn and I feel there should be a difficulty setting as younger kids might want to play.
I've never had any problems redeeming tickets for this game, i just redeemed 1,000 tickets, playing this game twice to max out 500, i did take acouple minutes to show up on my email, otherwise pretty awesome, were ready to print them and go get some cool little prizes! Of course the $5 food purchase isnt a bother to us since were gonna eat and play for more tickets anyways, it'll be a nice time.
I love it so much .....And everyone you print the certificate and it gets counted as tickets I tried one of there apps it was frustrating at first but it worked and I got better rewards and better chances to get more rewards too! AND THE tickets are at the place but you may not see them but they get added.....PLUS I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT SO TAKE IT BACK ...... Plus you go to the place and show it to them and the tickets from the certificates get added on.
NONE OF THESE APPS WORK! I tried redeeming my tickets, and got an error sign saying "Network Error", but I know there's nothing wrong with my network, because I tried playing this game on FIVE different devices, and received the same error sign on every device. I know this isn't a malfunction, you just want to get money from us for downloading and playing your games, but then we don't get any tickets in return. I'm really disappointed in Chuck E. Cheese, this company got rigged over the years.
Tickets can be redeemed the first time, but subsequent attempts fail consistently with a network error. Reached out to the support team and they provided a voucher and said the issue is known and they are working on a fix.
The game is nice. The old version you would just race and earn tickets now there is missions. You do need to buy 5$ of food to get tickets, but every one is going to buy a pizza there.I wish there were still tockons. The game is great I relly like it THANK YOU CHUCK E. CHEESE
Game awards thw tickets, however, local Chuck e Cheese stopped accepting them. The other, 50 miles away, allows one reward per child, per day with food purchase. That comes to $.50, 50 cents, per kid. Ap itself has many glitches. It freezes, race car gets stuck or moves in slow motion.
It says you can turn in your tickets for real prizes but when you hit redeem it says to enter an email. So we did that and then it says tickets sent but guess what.....no email ever came. All that hard work from my 6 year old for NOTHING! Don't waste your time if you're looking to get tickets for real....
This app is very weird.😕 The only things that are weird and don't make sense is that it should say "Are you sure you want to quit? Your progress will be lost." but it just quits! But also I can't win and the reason why I can't win is because people that aren't me are in front of me. Please just fix this! because it's just so stupid.😒
Tried to redeem tickets and it just took them all and never sent me an email. No contact info anywhere in the game to email and aak for help. Played this game to help my little ones get better prizes since all they really earn just enough for candy
This game is fun for kids, however tickets DO NOT GET REDEEMED! We've tried multiple times for them and never receive and email(also checked spam folders, nothing there either). Deleting this game.
Good game, but I can't redeem my tickets. It says I have a poor internet connection, but my signal is strong for everything else. If I could redeem the tickets, it would get 5 stars.
Where's the tickets? I tried to redeem tickets while at Chuck e Cheese and BOTH games had an error message! It's bad enough I can't reset my password for my chuck e cheese account to add my new baby so I could've received his tickets for his birthday. But now I've been cheated trying to win his tickets for his birthday party?? Other than that the games are actually fun
You never get the email with the tickets. Tried two different emails (went through the effort of getting 500 tickets twice!) and didn't receive either email. We never had this problem with Skate Universe.
I love this. game! But, You can only earn 500 tickets at a time... Also I think think that people should be able to make their own characters! Anyway I Love this game and whould recommend it!
The last two times that I used this app they never sent me an email including my 500 tickets. Kind of a bummer when you get your kid all amped up for the tickets. Thanks chuck e cheese for ruining my kids day.
I am trying to redeem tickets and I am trying every single day. It is not fair. I am stuck at max tickets. I hate this game so bad. I am disappointed by chuck e cheese. The tickets are only a way to make you download the game. Fix this game. This game is hard because they made the controls like that. Doesn't allow you to redeem your tickets after putting in your email and answering the question it says network error but my data is working. Not at all useful to use for extra tickets at your local chuck e cheese
Cannot redeem tickets. They are never sent. We have tried multiple times but they never come through. There is no support contact in the game to report issues.
If you do redeem your tickets it doesnt send an email i checked in spam and everywhere and it was never sent. I had 500 tickets which is fairly easy to get but it wont let you get over 500.

My son loves the game but just recently I tried to open it and now it will not open at all. It will show the game screen go to the purple screen then just freeze my entire phone.

why have an app tbat dont work i have a new phone and both the chuckie cheese apps dont work period. they download then it dont even come the screen is blank. Dissapoionted me and the most important one you dissapointed my daughter...

Easy and fun for my kids but they have earned 500 tickets and it wont let me redeem them. Same with the skateboarding app for Chuck e. Cheese. Disappointing.
I'm 22 years old, and even I have trouble with the controls. They are too loose, and if you hit the railings, it causes your car to swerve all over the track. Other characters can knock you off, but if you both get knocked off together, the other character respawns further ahead of you. This is a poorly made game. And its ridiculously difficult to make it to the next level.
