Run around the platforms and ladders and collect the eggs to complete the level.Collect corn for points and to stop the timer.Avoid the ostriches.When the duck gets out of the cage, there will be trouble!
Default Control method:Tilt to move player left and right.Tap right edge of screen to jump.Tap upper left edge of screen to climb up ladder.Tap lower left edge of screen to climb down ladder.

Tips:Press up/down as you run/jump/fall past a ladder to grab it and start climbing.Tilt left/right as you climb past a platform to run off the ladder.New to this release is air control when falling

This is a slick looking and sounding remake, lost a little with on-screen controls that can get in the way on occasion and block your view (on a small screen). There is a tilt control by default, but imo the on-screen buttons without tilt work better with practice. An update is arguably necessary to give a split screen mode where the controls are underneath the game window, but it's still worth a look
Needs a small all directions pad bottom left of screen. There are no left and right buttons! Tilt control is awful to use. And up and down buttons are two far apart! Once improved I will reinstall. Delighted one of my childhood games has been rehashed, but needs a bit of work yet.
All the effort is wasted by dire controls. I tried tilt and arrows all useless. Needs a sliding d pad .
This would be great if the controls worked properly. After a while, the character won't go up the ladder anymore.
Excellent graphics and sound but the but the controls let it down "Up / Down" arrows are too far apart, where the "Left / Right" arrows are fine Good recreation of an old classic just a pity about the controls.
I've tried different controls in options but none are any good any chance of having the controls closer together to hard to play at the moment 😢
Quite possibly the worst controls on a game I have ever seen. You are properly wasting your time getting out of bed in the morning. If you are thinking about paying homage to any other games please dont
The controls are awful. They're also flakey - first game I was able to move left and right. Subsequent games, it just shot off to the right. About to uninstall after 5 mins.
Would have given it 5* but it's lost it's original annoying sound fx and bgm great job on a great platform game though
Looks fine but unplayable with the way controls are laid out. Crazy. Pls fix this asap
I love this game. Used to play it at school and it brings back some great memories. One of my all time favourites. Thank you so much for bringing this to android.
Not played this in decades. Great game, played it on both the acorn electron and zx spectrum 48k. Those were the days. Thanks for bringing back those memories of fun times.
I use to play this game on the ZX Spectrum, which I still have and it still works. Although controls are different for obvious reasons, once you get use to them it's OK. Though prefer the Spectrum version with keyboard rather than touch screen.
Played this when i was a child and loved it,thanks for bringing it back,controls can be a little tricky but the same could be said 30+years ago absolute classic
Impossible to control comfortably which is a shame as this could have been great fun...
Latest update with the new on screen controls instead of tilt now makes this well worth 5 stars smooth easy game play just like the original but better.
Almost like the Chuckie Egg I spent hours playing in the early 80's on the Acorn Electron. But maybe my memory is faded.
Chloe egg controls R crap it don't let me move left or right only up down n jump works nt gd at all sorry if it got rectified i'll av another go n then re-rate.

Really good but needs the ability to save your game and restart from where you left off! Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Does bring back memories though.
Or you just end up doing the same levels repeatadly 😒
Just one of the best games released. First played it on the BBC model b then the commodore 64. Now a days I play it on the wii, PC and now android.

Personaly I think the controls are too spaced out ..a d pad type in one corner would be better .also you have to be almost pixel perfect under a ladder to use it..one pixel out and you cant , even though you are right under it..makes it too frustrating to enjoy really...shame

Might have nostalgic value for some, but the playability on tablet is poor.
Works perfectly on Sony sp, this takes me back to my zx spectrum days
I loved this game when I conquered it in the early nineties on the BBC micro. This version brings back great memories but is still a ways off from being nearly as good. The challenge is the controls. I play on a Note 3 and they are currently spread really far across the screen. I think a nice pad in each corner would make this awesome.
