Can't pay if I can log in. App no longer works. Can't log in because error message keeps popping up. Uninstaller and reinstalled app multiple times. Still no luck. Workede fine last month and every month before. Looks like I'm not the only one with this issue. Probibly should fix that or you going to have alot of people pissed and alot of Bill payments missed. Hope you don't plan on charging people late fees over this.
the app is so old it has become so unstable and it is nearly impossible to use. please update it. it just keeps crashing and telling me it's internet connection. i know my connection is really good.
I can no longer pay my bill because it gives me an error message. Take my wifi off and it still give me error messages over and over meaning I cannot use the app because it is reloading itself to an error screen.
Doesn't work. At all on my phone I've had for a year app stated my cell was too new and would have issues with app... It's been a year!!!! No updates!!!!!
The app is not updated and does not work on my current device. Seems as though the company just neglected the app. Shameful, considering this is a much easier way to pay my bill.
Even though I installed and used this app on my phone, I cannot locate the app in my app list to place a shortcut where I keep my bill apps. So I guess to use this app I have to access it through the Google play store each time... WTH? How is that even an issue???
When I press the menu button the list pulls down and its see through. I can't click on any of the items on the list because it clicks on the items on the main screen.
Extremely difficult to navigate multiple accounts. Never did find a sign off button.
It does have its glitches here and there but since I've been using it for the past year it never let me down.

I hate electric bills.
App is broken on newer versions of Android. Looks like it has been for a few years now. It appears to simply be a wrapper for their customer portal, but using depreciated internet access API and thus, even though the login page loads, it cannot see that there is a connection. I imagine this was a one-off contracted build and Chugach has never looked in on it since. The dev likely doesn't care since it's not really their app.
