Good app and works well. Like that it has more probes than you'll most likely ever need on a typical day. I do wish the interface and ability to make setting changes was a bit more improved. Would like to edit or remove the existing temperature setpoints. Also the time graph, let us zoom in and out and let us change from a 24 hour clock to a 12 hour clock.

Love the thermometers and Bluetooth. The app needs a way to: 1. maintain previous temp history when it resets. 2. zoom in on graph to better see temperature changes 3. Keep the screen locked open when using it. (when screen closed, had to restart the app losing previous data) 4. An off buttton when not in use. (KEEPS running in the background)... Thanks

I'm surprised, a better than expected. Turned the thermometer on after one year of no use and it just works. I do regret that it clears the history when you switch preset, there's no reason to to this that I can imagine. I like being able to follow the temperature during resting, and it is annoying having to turn off the alarm every 10 minutes, but at the same time I want the full history when turning off the alarms.

The thermometer works great the probes are excellent and the unit itself is well-constructed but the app does not stay connected and the Bluetooth doesn't appear to be reconnecting when signal is lost. like so many other reviewers I have to re-install or restart the application and sometimes re-add the device just to get it to read the Temps. If you don't need the support of the Bluetooth and the application this is for you, but if you want to sit in the air conditioning and wait on your food to be ready find something better.

Got it as a gift. So far, it works great and I use it all the time. No connection issues with Pixel phones. I'm sure there are other thermometers that do the things I'm going to suggest, but the things I wish I had: 1. Connect to wifi. My model is bluetooth which means the range is pretty small. 2. An ETA. In the app you can see a graph of the meat warming, it would be nice to have the line carry out and give me a rough estimate of when it will reach temperature.

Good app, however please fix the data storage issues, specifically where data is lost if connection is lost or if the preset is changed. It would be great to have the functionality to store historical cooks, with the ability to add notes, so the user can use data to optimize our cooks. This would include the temperature charts. It would be great to also include information like relative leaness, marinade/rub used, covering used and at what point, etc.

I had been using an iGrill but it was hard to pair with and frustrating. When I got this thermometer, I just downloaded the app, turned it on, and started the app. First thing, the app asks to pair via Bluetooth. I said yes, and it instantly connected! It even automatically changed the units from Celsius to degrees! What a nice touch! I look forward to using this!

Great App, does everything you'd expect. However there is room for improvement. Such as being able to set a minimum temperature alarm for when you are trying to cool something. Also the temperature trending could be better such as holding more data and adjusting the scale for the graph.

This device and application is awesome. The range is good enough to work in my garage while temps are still displaying and current. Easy to operate and helpful tools like alarms. Would highly recommend this device and app. I love it. Made my life so much better when smoking meat. Don't have to run outside every 10 minutes to check my temperatures.

Works really well! I don't usually have good luck with bluetooth connectivity with my phone or devices. This thing is rock solid. App is very functional. Would love to see a predicted finish time based on the graphs.

I've been using this app for a year now and it's made using my smoker easy. I like it but it can use some updates. I have a tendency of closing apps and I wish it would record or store information if you accidentally closing the application. If you closed the app information is lost.

Easy setup. Basic functions work really well. Graph needs some major work. Also could use a calibration option as a few of my probes boil at 214°F at 150ft above sea level. Would like to be able to save graph data in a file.

Signal is ok and set up easy. Bluetooth disconnects frequently even when you are within range leaving the alert capability a little sketchy and the graph, which could be really helpful, essentially useless. Graphs reset every time it disconnects.

My main complaint is if you change a preset it starts over your chart history. I'll make presents for wrapping and such then again for final or swap probe positions and would be nice to have that whole picture at the end. occasional app crashes.

Not reliable at all. Says it's connected, but stops updating the temperature to the app. Happens all the time. End up with overcooked meat because the app temperature froze/ stopped updating the temperature. Beware! Do not trust the app.

Supposed to connect automatically after first time pairing.. Used about 6 times over 2 years same Samsung S8 phone , had to use pin a few times to pair.. No useful troubleshooting so reinstalled app. When connected is great....basic but does the job

app use to work great , but it doesnt keep temps updated. Have to close or turn off bluetooth then reopen and reconnect... also noticed it doesnt stay in the notification bar when I go to use other apps.

Works great when its connected problem is it only connect when it wants to..there is no way to force it to connect through bluetooth. It my be 20 mins then all the sudden its connected.

When it works it works well but it doesn't work often. The app keeps unsyncing and there's no way to resync without uninstalling the app. The alarms are ungodly loud.

Worked fine for a while, now it crashes after 5 seconds. Always. Can't stand apps that are unreliable and go from good to useless overnight.

App is stuck in "waiting to download" ... I contacted the company by email and they don't have the comprehension skills to even understand what I'm talking about. Going to give them about 3 email exchanges and then return the product along with approximately 10 other products I purchased on Amazon that don't work.
