I like this app but, then again... I don't! I mean dont get me wrong cuz you can actually win real cash and you can play every day for free. But it's all going good until right when I'm having fun, I get kicked off during a bonus or just out of nowhere It logs me out. And one time a got 200 free spins. On a bonus . I got logged out and usually when u log back in , it will go back to where u left off at. But nope not this time. And I still till this day never go to finish my bonus.

Stay away at all costs total scam. I know 3 people that play this and have been ripped off. They have no problem taking your money but refuse to pay out. Their verification process requires more than you would need for a passport and they still refuse to pay. I don't know why some rate them so high unless they are liars or paid bots to rig the ratings. Total scam only play if you like being taken advantage of

I saw in the terms something about them getting access to, or having permission to obtain your Social Security number, there isn't, FOR ANY REASON you need my social. Not for a payout, not for verification, none of that. There is zero reason to require giving your social for a mobile gaming app, for any reason. Huge red flag in my opinion.

Was fun for a bit. I kept levelling up and winning. Got boring after awhile though because there are only 3 games. Levelled up to level 8 and still no new games. I will be uninstalling

After allowing me to deposit over 100 times and spend over $3000 -$4000, my first redemption was voided the very next day for having multiple accounts. (Some were not even in my name) But what's funny Is after I researched. You had me reverify A SECOND TIME after it was already verified 3 years ago. Strange part is the duplicate account was created BEFORE my verification was even cleared. Keep the $700 CHUMBA IS FRAUDULENT and they will find away to hold redemotion. They are theives!!!!

I spent several hundred dollars before I realizing this app is a rip off... in my experience, you just can't win big. Well guys I try this app...I also spent money it was a nice app...the only issue and it was a main issue...it takes more than 3 weeks to verify my information that I provided and it's still pending...I decided to give up and im happy to keep my money lol 😆 Costumer service? I installed this app and no problem. I attemted to open and play this app at least 25 times in three days i had it installed.never would and never could play.its uninstalled now and works fine right where its at. Uninstalled

This game is pure garbage. The graphics suck and the payouts make zero sense. 9 of a kind pays 500kish with a 308k beat... but 4 of the same kind with the exact same bet pays 400kish and 3 of the same pays 24k. This game is so garbage
