Not sure what the point of this app is, all it does is say that it can't complete or save my ride... It also makes one call to get price quotes. If I'm already calling why would I hang up then persevere eith the app to get the car? Useless.
Worst car service ever, the base says a price but the driver wants more money he wanted to kill me, by searching the web I see that I am not the only one.
the driver changes the price from what you get on the app the moment you walk into the car
The most annoying "feature" is that the app won't tell you the price. I always need to ask the driver and I always get a different answer.
horable never had a drive change the price on me to 8 dollers more. when I contact the base because my left his shoes on the car and they hang up on my face. horable service horable just rude and not professional.

Great app and service
Just wish there was a way to set up an account like with Uber, Lyft, and Juno. The main reason that I started taking Uber type services was because I did not have to deal with money at the end of a ride in car services (when the driver VERY often argued about the price I had been given by the dispatcher.) Now I am becoming increasingly disgusted with Uber type service's surcharges, lack of set prices, and the ever increasing prices. Am looking for an alternative, but the money issue is pretty much a deal breaker.
