We were excited to get this app going for our church, but find it a bit buggy. The main issue at the moment is that old events still show up on the events tab, (only on Android devices) even after they are past. (I even deleted them from our forms page where they were created, and they still show up.) Also, there has been confusion/frustration over the process of resetting passwords if someone logs out of the app. I am hoping to add some stars when this all flows better.

Really wanted to use this app, and really liked it at first. Our church just adopted it recently and it's a great idea, but a bad execution. Password reset is either broken or too confusing to figure out--I don't remember how it was resolved when I first set it up, but my wife had the same trouble and just gave up on it. The real deal killer was the giving part. I had giving transactions duplicated because it appeared not to work the first time (and I found out the hard way that the history has to be manually refreshed to show latest transactions). There's no kind of confirmation when you give either. The next week, it just flat out wouldn't take an offering, but I wasn't sure of that until I confirmed it with the church offices. I don't have much tolerance for a faulty app that's tied to my bank account--that's too much risk for me. Uninstalled.

It is such a blessing to be able to catch up or be reminded of church schedules. I only wish it had a communication aspect to it, and perhaps a bulletin board.

Everything is relatively easy to use. I do think a confirmation message or even a pending in your history would be a good idea when you give.

This app is super convenient for giving and I love using it. It would be great for pending transactions to show in the history. This makes it easy to know your payment is processing. I have accidently given twice because I thought it didn't go through.

This app represents a very disappointing and concerning change decision by my church. - The app colors make it nearly impossible to read the menu options. - The app is not compatible for use on my tablet - The app offers no record number or receipt of the transaction. - There are no provisions for accessing videos or registering for events as advertised, and - There is no way to send messages - only receiving messages is available.

Its works. Its very basic and simple. It get the job done for the most part. I just wish the app would allow all the sermon messages on instead of just a few at of time. Also, I do not know if I am getting all the messages or the lastest events updates but I do not know also ifs its the church doing or the app.

This format & platform for supporting your church is great. It's very easy to use & very intuitive. Best part is, it's constantly being updated & kept running smoothly. Recommend it to your church leaders for easy tithing & offering.

It's ok. Just ok. Can't landscape video, which makes it pointless to cast to a larger screen. In terms of production quality, definitely not as good as a secular product.

Ive called several times. Our church success manager is as helpful as he can be...still doesnt change the fact that i cant login on android. They say its a known bug yet, 3 updates later, it hasnt been fixed. I know its free but this is not ok.

New directory app for our church but unable to click on people's pictures to see them. That is what I use a church directory for, to put names to faces. Really nice for someone that is terrible with names like myself. Now I can't look at people to learn their names.

I was excited to use this app after it was promoted by our church. Unfortunately, it is impossible to log in. I tried my login info, denied. I tried reseting my password. denied. I cannot log in to use this app. I also noticed the colors this app uses make it nearly impossible to read what it says. Very disappointed.

Simple and nice so but would like the option to change the theme to dark like before. The light theme is nice but prefer darker to use at night and not blinding. Also, sermons don't show up.

Outstanding app for churches to use and to connect with others truly a blessing !!!!!

Session expired!!! Recently stated happening several times when I am trying to make a donation. Haven't figured out why it stopped working. Frustrating.

Nice smooth app, user friendly and easy to set up. I gave 3 stars because it is not available for tablets. I am having a very difficult time with adoption within the church. They want a tablet app.

The ministry here is awesome. The teaching is unique and very real. They help you in every area that you are lacking in. They teach you about the principles of prayer, faith, tithing and many other ways to help you grow in christ.

Complicated to even register yourself to start app. No info on how to contact anyone if there is issue and no way to update username and password. I'll just take money to the church.

Waypoint is an awsome church! I was so very impressed by this church. I watched you on line with my parents.( Linda and Gordon Baxter) You responed to me immediately. It made me feel like i was a part of this church. This has never happened to me. Thank you for bringing people to the lord. This church is so Good! Keep it up!!

The app is not working for giving. After several attempts and updating it continues to display "session expired" .

Do not bother with this product! I installed it and it worked fine for a little while then without warning it refused to honor my user name and or password. I have not been able to use it since then!

This app has made online giving so quick and easy! I love that it is linked to my EasyTithe Account so it's no extra work for the accounting department! Definitely a win!

We have been unable to change the amount of our continous pay amount. We asked how to close/discontinue using this app. We emailed and were given instructions that do not appear on our app.

Keep getting message that church keeps stopping. Had to uninstall it. Gave 2 stars because it worked well before this glitch.

Same as others. Can't login. Can't reset password. Wish our church would find another app.

Issues with password and logging in. Unable to edit recurring payments. No help from the website and no replies to my emails.

Wonderful way to keep connection with church when you can't always be there in person. Love the ease of use.

Really great app . Sermons, forms, prayer, giving. And at a very affordable cost.

This app keeps taking access to the church directory off of my screen. Main reason I want the app is for the directory.

I love how easy it is to maneuver the app for events, sermons, donations and prayer.
