App does not work for the items I am interested in selecting. I don't need a description of the combos and side items. I would however, like to see the family menu on the app. This not knowing is only helping me to go to another service provider for an order.
Completely unusable. My last name isn't accepted but there's no where to change it, so I can't update my birthday either. Without my birthday I can't use the app. I've never been able to order with it. And there's no longer the rewards or free items that it used to have. The app just takes up room on my phone.
Don't bother using this app to order...it doesn't reflect what the actual store has in stock, and you won't receive any notifications that your order didn't go through due to lack of inventory. Also the app doesn't have any confirmation on whether or not you even received an order, making it difficult to get a refund.
Gave this app a second try and as soon as I hit checkout it cleared my order and signed me out. Happened four times in a row before I gave up. Take a lesson from other food service apps. Sonic Drive Thru is a great example of how its done.
App does not work. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still doesn't work. Signed into app but then app tells me to sign in again multiple times and still can't order. Waited a month to try again and nothing. Garbage app.
DON'T USE....if the restaurant can't fill your order you'll catch hell getting your money back. It's been over a month that I've had to call for a refund because you can't cancel your order on the app and the restaurant can't cancel the order.
The app will not place the orders because the app does not keep the user logged in. Church's IT dept. Needs to do work on this app. The app is visually appealing, but the functionality is horrible. Come on Church's, get it together 😡.
This App is horrible. I can't remember my login info, so I attempted to create a new account. New account won't create unless I enter my number, but the app is saying the my phone already exist so I can't continue to create account.
Not only is the app hard to navigate (it takes 3 links and full page loads to even start an order) and basically just a crappy browser front end on an already weak website, but I was never actually able to submit my order. Even a guest checkout returned an invalid login response. Also, do not switch apps in the middle of an order. It will return to the landing page and you have to start over. I finally gave up and went elsewhere. I hope you have a better experience than I did.
App is unusable. Can't connect to reset password so can't log in, "problem creating a new account", and then when you're actually in the app it forces you to research for local stores, then acts buggy and slow, and then finally tells you after 5 minutes that you can't order online at lots of stores. App is seriously just unusable.
