The app allows our members to track their workouts from virtually any piece of cardio equipment, set personal workout goals, sync to 3rd party apps like Map My Fitness and Fit Bit, etc, check class schedules, and get merchant discounts. Chuze members can compete in Chuze club challenges as well as global fitness challenges.

This app really helps me plan my visits to the gym! I can view classes and set goals. The cinema schedule part needs to be updated as each month changes. For example, it's now September and August comes up when I open the schedule so I have to tap the arrow forward. It would be great if it goes right to today's movie.
Chuze Fitness App calendar is not accurate. I don't know how to reach out to the developers so I am hoping they will see it here. Update: I reached out to the developers. I received a reply that it has been escalated and multiple teams are currently working on a resolution. It has been a couple of weeks and the issue is not resolved and no response from the developers. I am now missing a whole week of log in from the calendar. The calendar is still showing incorrectly.
Would be cool if i could join using the app. Get all my info entered and to the final section and cant get past the agreements click one, read it, and no way to get back. App had a cinema option as a guest, but when you upgrade your account it goes away. Woulda been nice to know what movies were being played and when. Also side rant monthly dues can be paid with credit but for an extra $20 charge? Lame.
Want to try Chuze but can't activate the damn guest pass. Might take a pass on this app
This is a great app to help maximize your gym experience! I love how easy it is to use, especially for planning classes to attend! You can pull up your barcode for gym entry and joining classes etc. so you don't have to keep track of a card. You can also track your workouts and pair numerous types of fitness trackers like Fitbit with the app to help keep track of your work. If you use Chuze, which you should cuz it's amaz-balls, definitely utilize this app! Happy gyming!
The app was great until the latest update in March 2022. Now you can't register for classes using an Android phone. It just crashes out and closes. Looking forward to when the developers fix the android bugs. Until then, the app is barely worth 1 star.
It's been over 2 weeks since I have not been able to select classes using the Chuze app. I've uninstalled the app a few times & restarted my cell, but still no fix. Please provide a fix or advise what needs to be done.
I can't sign up for classes on the app (android). App keeps closing. I sent email, they said to use app to communicate. No one responds to app support. Have to call gym to reserve a class which is a bummer bc they fill up. 😠I am paying extra for classes but can't get into them.
The app repeated crashes when trying to register for classes which is one of the main uses for the app. I have reported the issue multiple times via the app but it seems like those reports are just going into the void.
The app has everything I need including how I scan into the gym which is super cool. I love the points aspect and how we can get a free month us we earn enough points. I also really like the option to record workouts. it's super important to me that I have a record of what I've done and a way to track my progress.
Hands Down My Favorite Gym. No Question ! The app could be better though. 1: Layout is a bit cumbersome and difficult to read due to graphic/text sizing when searching. 2: Has "Class Booking" feature that isn't actually utilized. Member must be physically present and check in.
I can't reserve a class through the app. The app crashes when I select a class. I've tried uninstalling, re-installing, and restarting my phone without success.
Easy to use, very simple makes the first step of gaining access to the facility almost too easy. Reminder feature set was self-sustaining quickly done. Only thing that would improve the overall experience is if uber or Lyft picked up and delivered the client to the gym.
It doesn't have the function to synchronize the app with "Mi Fit" from Xiaomi. Also if you don't actually create an account on rewards, you lose all the points that you would have get. You should have a rewards account at the moment of becoming a member of Chuze.
App was amazing for a class goer like me until the recent update. Not only does the class schedule not show classes for the current day but the new layout of the schedules is much more difficult to understand for a person who goes to different gyms for their classes depending on times and options. Please fix!
I joined after the free trial and the app did not update my info. I uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and in many times and even talked to the staff for help. They said it's a third party app and they could not fix it. I really liked the app and would like to use it but unfortunately, I can't. I contacted support through the app a few days ago and still no response. I have tried several things such as manually entering in my code and it says they cannot find me. No solution as of yet.
I miss the ability to add classes into the calender! It was nice to touch a class and I could manage them in my calender without having to do it separate. ADD THAT BACK! Why did you change that? App would have been perfect
Fast & easy to use! Very helpful in choosing classes & for overall performance tracking in your fitness journey. Love that they ditched the plastic keychains for a more eco friendly check in with the app barcode scan instead. Super convenient
pretty good application overall. like that the new update allows you to see the schedules for multiple gyms in conjunction but for some reason I am unable to see the schedule for evening classes for the current day - frustrating!
Wow. Just wow. First off, what kind of nonsense is it that I have to have a password between 8 to 14 cheaters? My passwords are longer then that on purpose. Super glitchy once it doesn't like your initial attempt. Also home workouts wont load. Site times out over and over on my note 10 plus using my Verizon plan or my wifi. Trash app. Does Chuze even have an IT department? Doesn't seem like it.
The app keeps crashing... I cannot change locations to check classes... I cannot reserve classes... This is new... Has there been an update because if there has been make it go away!!!
I love the Chuze App. It makes checking in to any activity easy. I like that I can see in real time if a class is filling up. Watching my rewards rack up is a fun bonus that makes working out even more rewarding :)
I really love this gym and I use the app to check put the classes each week as well as setting goals and participating in challenges. I do wish there were more goals and challenges though.
this gym has always been so stellar always so clean the equipment is always running right The bathrooms are nice and neat they have helped navigate through covid-19 through making reservations and appointments and it's very easy on their app to do so The staff is always so friendly and so accommodating I love this gym!!!
No choice but to use this bad app since I paid for membership dammit. I signed out because I'm switching phones. I changed my password but app won't let me login, but I can login on my computer. The app doesn't even send a reset password email. Broken af
I wish you could see the classes at multiple locations at once. I like that you can filter on classes but across locations would be doubly useful!
The recent update ruined the application! it no longer shows upcoming classes on my Android. I have sought help but nobody seems to understand why. sent a help request and have not heard back from net pulse. the look and feel us terrible which I have overheard others saying. I feel I am generous giving them 1 star when zero is more appropriate. Net pulse had a 5 star product prior to the 2/7 update.
This app is awful. It doesn't allow me to book classes, even though I have a premium membership. I try booking an hour on advance, and see the available spots decreasing, but it won't allow me to book a class. Then you are forced to pay an additional 5.99 a month to take online classes. This gym is failing to meet my expectations.
I love it, due to the variety of machines and classes that are offered. The staff are great, making sure that our questions are addressed. Also insuring that we feel comfortable with results.Great job Chuze crew!!!!!!😃
Hate the new update. It used to be really easy to log my workouts manually. The new update completely erased my workout history and now you can't just manually enter a workout. It has to be using one of their workout routines or exercises. I preferred just being able to say I did 30 minutes of weight lifting or something and not have to add specific exercises minute by minute. Really frustrating that this all happened with no notice either. Wish we could revert back to the old version.
