Chuzzle 2

For weeks now there's been a bug where I think the games loses contact with the server. If you start the game at such a moment, all of your progress seems lost, but returns later. If you're in the middle of a level you don't notice until later and all progress you made in the mean time is gone for good. Very frustrating and unreliable. Also, the ads are unbearable (loud, long, no close button, and a lot of them) without an adblocker. Aside from that, fairly fun to play.

Great game but the ads are so disruptive because they require several clicks to close each time. It will play a little, let you skip and then show you a new ad for the same game which you can't close for a few seconds. Then there is a NEW ad for the same game which also takes several seconds to close. Removing ads costs nearly £5 and isn't made clear until the purchase page. Unfortunately this game just isn't good enough to be worth that, I feel £3 is the max this game should charge for that.

Cannot turn off ads! It's Chuzzle. You know it's cute, you know it's fun. But twice I've paid to turn off ads using the button on the main menu, as the developers advise. And twice I've been refunded and ads have resumed. At least I've been refunded. But seriously, if you can't pay to turn off ads, remove the option. Or honour the implied contract, stop backing out!

I love playing this game, brings back memories. BUUUUT... it randomly resets my progress in Chuzzlarium and Zen Mode. It doesn't affect my trophies, puzzles or progress in Adventure mode, but it drives me nuts that I go into my Chuzzlarium and everything I spent coins on is gone. It seems like a glitch commonly occuring after I level up in Adventure mode, and I would be eternally grateful if you could fix this.

Everything in my chuzzlarium is GONE. I went to refill the food, and all of my furniture, the playground equipment, the garden vegetables, the holiday stuff, ALL GONE! And no way I can see to restore it! Heartbreaking after so much effort to collect it all. Horrible game design, there should be a saved version I can restore it from! WTactualF. Terrible!!

Game is NOT user-friendly. Watching ads is fine, ads that don't clear however and do not generate an [x] to exit out and have to close the app and reopen it, however, are annoying. Also, don't let your screen go dark during a "daily do" it will glitch the entire game, meaning you can't see the scoreboard and your score will revert back to 0. There is no way to reset this. Watching ads to refill chuzzariam food does not work. Beyond pissed off at rapisoft at this time.

I think there's a glitch involving stinky chuzzle. Previously when I've unlocked him I've succeeded in confining him to the jail cell but there's a glitch in my new game where he magically breaks out every time i come back to the room. This includes if i reload the app AND if i just tab out to the main menu and then back. Sometimes he's replaced himself with a different chuzzle somehow! It's very annoying and tiring to have to do damage control every single time i go back to the room!

It's a fun game, but I'm really disappointed in it's performance. I've had my Chuzzarium glitch out twice now where ALL my items and wallpapers go missing and it prompts me to place my Chuzzles, as if they're all brand new. This means I lose all of the exclusive items I got from puzzle pieces, as well as all the items I bought with coins. I'm upset because while I love this game, I'm frustrated that it seems my grinding through levels is for nothing

I really love this game and all if my Chuzzles, too, but one day, I log on and everything's gone!! My wallpapers, my exclusive and limited stuff, everything in my Chuzzarium!! Gone! I was really attached to this game and so when I updated it and it got glitched I was super upset. Didn't open it for half a year to see if it fixes itself. Tried uninstalling it and getting it again but that only wiped ALL of my save data. Really disappointed. I loved Chuzzle so much.

I love this game but I've noticed some problems, every time I buy ad free it refunds it a few days later, it gets really annoying. Another problem I've noticed is that my chuzzlarium was completely reset, the only thing that I had left was my chuzzles, stinky became a bigger menace than normal. Please fix these problems, I love this game si much and want to love it more.

Edit: Based on my overall liking, and the quick response by the devs, I have upgraded to 5. Original: As with others, the 3/15/22 update has caused me to lose everything in my chuzzarium. All of the expansions, all the limited time decorations, and all one time puzzle rewards except Chuzzles. I love this game, but the glitchy updates are a real problem.

I loved this game as a kid and was super excited that it was available on here. However, I paid to remove the ads a few days ago and it was working just fine and I went to play today and not only are there ads again but I lost all of the things I purchased for the one chuzzle I had and I tried to reload it and then the chuzzle was gone. If it's not fixed I will be asking for my money back. Very disappointed.

One of my favorite childhood games! My only regret is that I did not play the game when the limited time seasonal decorations (christmas, easter etc) and puzzles were available due to the glitches I had in the game. Hope to be able to have the seasonal decorations and puzzles back again so i can get what i missed out on!

Fun game but every time I buy the ad-free version it refunds a few days later. Now my PayPal account is a mess from all the purchases and refunds and the game has gone back to ads. I backed up my progress and uninstalled the game. I'm going to download again and restore. Of that doesn't work, I'll just keep my $5.99 and find another game to play.

I love this game, it's just like how i remember it. but i bought the ad removal, and it seems to have reset, I'm getting ads again despite the fact that I just got the no ads upgrade. UPDATE: the transaction was refunded for some reason. I was not contacted by the company at any point.

I've been playing Chuzzle for decades (originally on PC) and love so many things about this game! So cute & challenging! Although the lock element is overwhelming at times (IMO matches that break locks shouldn't add to the lock meter). Just in case anyone reading this is not already aware: try quickly shaking a line of Chuzzles without making a match (be sure to have sound on) ^_^ UPDATE: Finally unlocked Zen Mode (through puzzle pieces)! Now able to play stress-free (w/o locks)!

UGH HHHH! I like the game, it mind perfect for when I'm bored or whatever but Im getting frustrated because my chuzzles and everything I've put in their little home are disappearing. Everytime i go to feed them it all reset itself. I lose everything and it's pretty upsetting because I've put the time into make their little home fun for them.... Please fix whatever bug or add a save feature so I can stop losing everything...

I just did the update, and something glitched. All of my progress was deleted. All the puzzles I've done, all the chuzzles I had, all my trophies, just gone. I normally love playing when I am waiting for something, or just relaxing watching TV. Its such a fun game. Now I don't even want to open it.

Enjoyable game but after most recent playthrough I lost most of the items I had in the Chuzzarium. Not happy about this as there seemed to be no real rhyme or reason. Puzzle pieces stayed the same. I had all the Chuzzles I had acquired up to that point but nothing else. All the extra space and items I had were gone.

I really used to like this game (enough that I bought it). But after losing all my data -- TWICE -- & having to start all over in the Chuzzlarium...it's just not worth it. I lost everything in the chuzzlarium EXCEPT the 16 chuzzles I had accumulated. Had no food, no activities, & no coins to replace what was missing. I don't want to invest the 6 months plus again & lose everything...AGAIN. I'm done.

Chuzzle has a special place in my heart and I finally had space to download on my phone and I'm so thrilled to play again. Zen mode is my favorite, but the clallenge games I played so far were entertaining. There's ads. But they're not overly intrusive and I respect the devs need to be paid so no problem there.

Latest update = I've LOST EVERYTHING . My entire chuzzarium is empty, and so is my basement. I've accumulated items for years of play and Chuzzle 2 just wiped out everything. I see from other reviews the same has happened...what the bleep Chuzzle?!!! I had noticed days before the wipe out,, the game had become very glitchy. I couldn't move items or do anything in the Chuzzarium. I have the paid version too.

I enjoy the game very much, very addictive. The fact that I have to click four times to exit an advertisement is annoying to no end though. I can understand the ads, but the process to exit them is tedious and silly.

It's honestly one of my favorite games, I'm disappointed cause I bought the no add thing and like 3 days later the ads were back, I thought if you paid for it, the ads are gone permanently, once this is fixed and I don't have the annoyance of ads and you don't make me repay for the no ads then I'll make a better rating until then one star is all.

Keeps refunding ad free purchase. Twice I have purchased ad free, and both times, 3 days later it refunded and returned ads to the app. I don't understand why. I want to buy the ad free version, but I may just end up uninstalling.

Easy game can usually play offline. However I am removing because I have completed almost all goals to obtain the medallions. The chuzzle puzzles are done. Also the current updates have made it harder to close out ads when playing online.

Hi, I updated my Chuzzle 2 game last night 25 April 2022, and it has gone haywire, you fixed glitches by adding more glitches. Everything in chuzzarium disapeared, and the change over between games freezes for +- 15 seconds before going through, When I fix some stuff in chuzzarium and go back later, it's mixed up again, and a lot of stuff disappeared. I am on game 163, and really enjoyed it. Please fix. I have a Samsung Galay prime plus. Would love more puzzles please. Thank you, Lourens
