I am trying to login with my credentials on CIB application, but it refuses with error message "Invalid login, if you have forgotten your password you can reset it through forget/reset password", and when I try to reset it, I receive the same error message! I have tried to call the "call center" more than once, but no one responded!
Sort of an useless app. Don't think I can rely on CIB bank since you can't access its app and its always down( need a website everytime you need to do anything to your account. The app is so bad that It got me reseting my password so many times just cuz the app doesn't regocnize my credentials the exact same one I use to log in through the website and it allows me. Sidelined for sure.
Veryyyyy slowwwwwwww The embarrassment I get everytime I try to transfer or explain something about this application is so huge Delay, so much loading on every option, always failing, takes so long to log in and log out Security security security and in the end a big failure Offers a little takes a lot👎
I've been working as a software engineer for the past 3 years and I haven't seen an app that's in production use with all of those bugs. Bad UX, Bad Performance, and lack of functionalities and guidance. Like for real I'm trying to get in app support and it redirects me to localhost ?! Seriously? you don't perform tests on your app before launching or what? It's been months and I can't access my account and the customer service is no help, if i can give less than 1 star i would've given already.
Since I've updated the app. It doesn't work anymore! I can log-in with finger print or by typing id and password, I can't even change the password I called the technical support and they did nothing! Worst days for the application ever.
Poor Every other day you'd have to call customer services in order to get your balance details correct, every other day login isn't permitted and I'd have to call so I could use it once again. It's basically just works to check on your balance and it doesn't even do that right.

The app is a great improvement over the older one however you need to fix the following : Sluggish animation across the app. Ability to use the back button to go to the home page or close the app. As an improvement you can integrate the fingerprint authentication to be triggered immediately once the user opens the app. Since most people will use one bank account and it will save a few tabs for the user
STUPID Application. Not Professional. Not Friendly. You have Disabled the screenshots and didn't give any Solutions to get the transaction Documented. If I asked a Fresh Graduate Developer to develop such an application, it will be better than this. This is very stupid and disappointing from one of the largest banks in Egypt UNFORTUNATELY.
Good app, work smoothly and havent faced any issue while using it, the only downside of it if u are iphone user u cant access it using Face ID and everytime should enter the username and password
It won't log in and says the pw is wrong even when I try to change it, and the call center just insists that the problem is from my side and offered no help. Worse service ever.
Very bad experience and unlike any other banking apps, this is the worst and if you try the call center for help then you went to a real nightmare
Very slow in login, logout, and slow in switching different pages. Poor reports no customization to hide account info
I can't register to create an account and it always says invalid credentials, though I'm sure my credentials are correct. Really disappointed!
Worst banking app ever , too many glitches and your password resets evry short time and you can't change it !!!! This is very stupid and trash app I will delete and i will never deal with this bank again
The app is good enough for basic transactions, but it needs updates to include more such as opening accounts, time deposits, etc. Also it should allow for transactions without the use of hard token. NBE allows opening of accounts, deposits and all transfers without pre approvals. I suggest that you study similar bank apps and provide the same or better service.
Very awful customer service by phone and also at the branches, if i could change my bank accounts i would never think twice. I really recommend any another bank, run away from CIB, Run.
Amazing app, easy to use, they constantly add new features. I use it for checking my account, transfer money to accounts in CIB and outside CIB, and I use to create accounts. I rely on it all the time in my banking transactions. I would like to say Thank and you Keep up the good work guys.
At first couldn't pay my credit card or money transfer because the drop-down box of choices is empty. This requires a different app: CIB token + a visit to the branch. More instructions should be available to minimize confusion
i make a new username to login because i wanna know something about my account and also i missed my card so i want to stop it , i can't login , when i login everytime said that there is a problem happened and i can't login , very poor app , and also can't reach to anyone from custmor service.
It's very bad app, nothing go right, need ro call them, every day need to write your password and nothing, every time say invalid login, what the hell is that, did you kidding with your customers, if you did this app without experience so will be better if you remove it, it's unused.
Since last update, tha app didn't open with me through fingerprint or typing user and password. Called the technical support, they didn't serve help.
I wrote a previous reviw as I needed to update the application. The link I got from the app. itself was not working (no update option), but when I go to google play store, and search for CIB app., I found the update option and I did update it. Thanks.
Fingerprint is not working. Password is automatically expired. Cannot log in my account. Cannot transfer any money. Worst app and internet banking ever. Next vacation i will cancel this account
The worst service that you can ever get! No notification before system updates. System is down for almost 6 days! Poor service.
Please explain why now fingerprint not working as in earlier vesion? Because the most disturbing point is that password expired automatically every 3 month which make me confused to memorize it always
Hard to use this app. Technical support is not there or useless. It is not compatible with different browsers. The customer service (19666) response rate or speed are appalling. There is no user manual on how to do online banking tasks, for instance try to add a beneficiary, ad experience the nightmare. Even if 19666 promise to call you back they never do. The good thing is that they have a website.
Screenshots not allowed!!! That's just dumb.. I see no security advantage in such thing.. How to take evidence of some transfer/transaction.. this is crucial nowadays. also I was recently told by a friend that this policy is only for the Android version, whereas for the iOS it's allowed without a problem. Which makes this whole thing more and more crazy.
