updates cause you to lose any biometric security you had, presenting the need to again manually enter this data before you can rescan. in addition enabling biometrics on the app is broken. returns an error almost every time. shoddy app design flaws

Bad app like all cib apps, can't log in using my internet banking account, even there is no option to register new account

New mobile deposit is a great addition! It sounds like it's being rolled out gradually, so you may have to call to get it turned on for your account.
