Incorrect information my phone is not rooted I tried to install because I am resident outside Egypt but it did not work I checked again through settings and I confirmed that Mty device is not rooted It is not working and not reliable unfortunately
Hi there, seems an techinical issue with this app, i've tried many times to initiate call but failed, however and to be fair i've got two calls from CIB after 5 hours.
App. Is not working from 3 months from riyadh ksa place and there is no technical support to solve this problem.. What the possible time that can i found a bank save excellence in serving their customers in egypt How to trust this bank without this simple technical issues
This app is a total waste of time and effort. Complete failure. Not working and all the operations are permanently failing. You need to respect your customers and offer them a decent level of services.
App not working .. security notice about " ... not running on rooted device .." which is not true

The application is not working on Android 12, Samsung One UI 4, Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, I got a message that there is a technical error. Please update the app snd fix this bug. Thank you
