Very bad experience and support. Keeps crashing after a major update. Couldn't run it now on my device. Called the support twice. Last time they told me my Android should be 11 or above!!! I installed it on my son's phone (runs Android 6!!) to be able to use my wallet, and still can't run it on my device.

The app has deficiencies and has a premetive interface. It doesn't store the transaction history and doesn't allow you to take screen shots to store payments and transfers. You can't recall any of old actions. It gives wrong error messages. Kept saying every day that my daily limit is reached and when I called support the it turned out my credit card weekly limit is reached.

Was working nicely, now can't transfer money through it. Keeps showing a phrase"Item already copied to clipboard" from the moment I open it, till it is closed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same issue. No screenshots are possible, no printing option available for successful money transfers.

My update review since my last one May 2021 service numbers 19666 is not replying just giving message and after long one switches off and numver 19716 is just recorded message is not working ... app takes long time to respond just one ⭐️ going down ... (My review 2021) smartwallet was not working after new update but it is working now but unfortunately all previous transaction log was deleted 😒 and i can not retrieve it back ... was that normal !? Thats why I only gave ⭐⭐⭐ 👎

Full of bugs: duplicated transactions without any kind of acknowledgement, misleading notifications (failure notifications for actual charged transactions), transactions log not updated, several errors, no follow-ups from their call center, cleared all my previous logs in the last update. I have a very bad experience with it. Not secure, not reliable, not trusted, no support and waste for your money.

Overall experience is very good. I can do a lot of transactions from different merchants using CIB's smart wallet. I can recharge my mobile, pay bills, subscriptions, even renew my yearly syndicate subscription. Only problem I am facing now after the new update is the the app opens by itself every now and then. Would be great if they fix this issue.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP & SERVICE!! The application gives error so many times. Customers support don't respond to calls after long time waiting on hold to reach them. When payment problem happened, they ask you for many screen shots of the app although they know that you can't take screen shots of the app! Even via email, they took about a month to respond to the payment problem caused by the app system.

The new ver of the application has an issue. It doesn't press any button Login is not working and when I've tried to reinstall now I've even cannot skip the tutorial.. The skip or done are there but un clickable.. Your call center agents have no clue and insisted to reset the password while this is not the issue.. Please check this bug

The worst smart wallet ever!!! Can't add my bills in favourite section. As it keeps responding"Bill account value not valid". I tried adding Vodafone Etisalat Orange bill or topup they all have same response. Even when i tried adding landline or ADSL! Also it doesn't show my transactions. I contacted 19716 but they had nothing to do And now can't even log in!!

I tried to use the app after enter the validation key for the first use of the app which sent by the bank, the step of creating password it always generating "the password is not correct", I tried a password with no repeated or sequential numbers and the same error still appearing. Please help.

Urgent! The app doesn't connect to the internet saying "No internet connections available. Try again later." though the phone is connected now while I'm writing this reiview. I don't have enough cash on my wallet counting on this Smart Wallet. (I restarted my mobile and deleted the app and reinstalled it but nothing helped)

already called the hotline but they said, i have to get them the transaction code so they can search. they confirm, if the app is uninstalled, the user lose all the logs. i asked a statement of my transactions, they said not available. very poor application with a derious gap, all transaction logs are missing if uninstall it. i can not trace any transaction!?? rubbish tin

Worst smart wallet all over Egypt. The worst customer support as well ! Avoid them like the plague. They deactivated my walley all of a sudden and the app instructed me to call the call-center to reactivate it. I tried to reach them for 3 days, and was out on hold for 1+ hr till the connection dropped. Sent them plenty of e-mails; simply no one is answering and there is no feedback. Apparently, they are failing. Stick to Vodafone or Orange Cash (e-wallet) instead.

Bad application, no one time access code is being sent. Deleted the app and installed many times. Plus tried the app from a different phone and some functionalities are not working such as adding to favorites.

It gave no connection ,and stopped working after the update, I called hot line and they said you have one of 2 options, buy a new phone or don't use the smart wallet, however it was working before the update, thank you for the bad support

The worst application to create account on I tried to create account for 4 times and each time i get no feedback. When i follow up they create a different story and i have to go to the bank to refill an application and write all my data all over. And each time they tell me create bank account at the bank to help. I have been trying to create a smart wallet account for months and you want me to trust you with my money? Worst service ever PS. I have created other smart wallets in less than an hour

I would give the app 5 stars perior to this last update. The app was working perfectly until receiving a message to update and after the update it keeps crashing and I cannot log in. I will update the review and give 5 stars when the app works correctly again.

Thanks for your response The system was not working when I installed the app for more than 8 hours but it have been cleared because it was general update on all the CiB date Base looks like . How ever today it's working again . Thanks for the fast response 🤠 I will try to use the app More in the future and in any case I will contact you again . I rate the app 3 Star because I didn't use it to transfer any money yet .

If There is any error message when I am using the app the next time I try to log in I keep getting this same error message it won't be solved unless I uninstall the app and install it again The reinstalling workaround is not working any more now I can't login with an error message of no internet connection with wifi and data enabled

Every few days the application stops and they make the login button unclickable instead of saying that it's under maintenance, Zero respect for the customers. And they only say its under maintenance when yoh call the support. They r treating the customers like they have no brain and they causes so many troubles for me because they stop the application any time they want and the to freeze your money in there and you cannot do anything about it than waiting, I don't recommend this app at all.
