I love it! I like that I can get immediate notifications of transactions on any of my accounts. Especially now with the increase of fraud this is reassuring. Mobile banking is very convenient.
User friendly interface, super easy to navigate. App does what it's intended to do with no glitches
I love using this app. I would only like to receive alerts via text instead of waiting until I have internet connection to be alerted of a transaction.
Great using this but I can't see some of the local businesses like cuc on there so I could do the same in paying my bills just like I do with others. it was really fast and time consuming though like it alot
Only thing could possibly make this app better is having the ability to make payments on your loan. the faster I pay off a loan the faster I'll come back for another one.
I love this app. It saves you a lot of time with having to go into establishments to pay bills. That's the number one takeaway for me right there.
I have to keep reinstalling the app hoping it would allow me to log in...error message stating incorrect user name or password ...same info allowed me to login on various occasion..getting tired of this
I find the app to be outstanding. Everything works as it should. I never had one issue. International wires, credit card payments, transfers to other CIBC customer accounts....Everything is just perfect.
That's my Bank!!!The Mobil App is easy to use as 1 2 and 3 to withdraw, shop, pay bills, and transfer cash. In my experience, it is well secured! No need to fear of using it because they are watching your back 24/7
CIBC is just great. Their online service is number 1 on the island of Saint Lucia. Makes banking much easier from your home. And service is ontime. Great Job.
App would not load just keep loading and not even getting to the part for me to enter my credentials. This is very frustrating

This app crashes aleast 4 times out of the week, it does not inform you that its having difficulties, and it loads very slowly. NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED !!
I must say, i was pretty much skeptical in downloading this app last yr when my wife upgraded my mobile. I continuously used the mobile site for access but reviewing the recent comments (of 2022) and trying the updated version it seems all is well.
This App is Smooth, Simple and intuitive. I love that it just works every time and has no useless add-ons.
Each time I want to log on to the app, I am told invalid username or password and I have to reset my password each time! This has been happening way too often!!
Easy to follow and use. Up to date account information given. Allow you to freeze your cards if suspicious activity is noticed on your accounts.
This app worked soooo well when I installed it a few months ago but now I'm considering if to delete it. Just like many of the reviews, I'm having difficulty signing in. I reset my password and re-installed the app and I'm still having issues...it's extremely frustrating not being able to see my balance or pay my bills when it's convenient to me. Isn't that the whole purpose??

Unable to access after a few successful log in attempts on separate days. It gives an error message saying the app cannot connect to the bank and that you should contact customer service if the issue persists. This is after clearing the cache, deleting, and re-downloading this app on multiple occasions in the same day. Super frustrating. Update: unable to log in even though my credentials have been accurate entered. Also unable to change the password even though I received the reset code...
