Currently, the CIDNET platform supports only the Chrome Browser on modern laptop and desktop PCs. The newly released CIDNET app requires Android 4.1 or higher.

Will not load on the app on my phone or website on my laptop. White screen on app and always says error the website is no longer available or has been moved. I used this for months until September when it quit working. I have messages waiting on me to read and I can't access them and I can't respond. This is what cuts my kids off from seeing their Dad. This app is horrible. Really disappointed 😞😭
Love this app for anyone that has someone in the jail system this app is great. It's just like texting plus you can call send pictures and video chat. It's like my fiance and I weren't apart with how much we talked. It's decently affordable and they will refund ur left over data. Now that feature I love.
It's a pain . Can't use app . I put $ on it . Says I need to contact custom service/ account will be closed . I paid for a service that has the audacity to send an email to click here to find details of ticket.doesnt tell u what to correct. Won't capture video test so u can use to be face to face with inmate thats part of the app. White screen why is there 2 places to send money . Why do I need chat feature on. No way to contact by phone I updated my profile on IC it's jankitty as well.
I have a brand new Galaxy S 21+ and the app won't open, just a white screen. This is my only way to contact my son as we are 900 miles apart. I've used this app before on a different phone and it was working and now nothing.....If this app doesn't work get rid of it bc I know I have messages waiting as well!!!!!
It sucks this is the only app i can use to talk to my brother. It authenticates sooooo slowly and takes FOREVER just to get to the sign in screen. Then takes FOREVER all over again only to throw up an error code. Last night it took 15 minutes to get from opening the app, going through the authentification process, to the sign in page, and then another 20 from sign on to ERROR. Please fix Samsung S9+
The app has a lot of bugs in it. It does not run smoothly there are times where you can open it and it opens every time and there are other times where you go to open the app and it's it refuses to open all that keeps saying is loading
Video visitation keeps disconnecting yet when I say something about it they say it's on my end. My signal and service is perfect it's their end that keeps messing up. And they haven't updated anything since 2018 that's 3 years ago.
App is very glitchy, for how much you have to pay to do visits you'd think something like this would work better than it does. Calls drop all the time, it takes about a minute to even connect , lots of wasted money. Shame :/
The app loads about half the time. Did a video visit, couldn't hear anything. Contacted support and said "it was my internet connection" not on their end. It's strange they can tell that..... considering I never have issues with my internet connection. Anyway, if I had another way to visit/write my brother in law I would. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Installed app, gave it permissions, but it just sits and loads. No other apps running. Excellent connection. Nothing. Uninstalled it and reinstalled it- same thing. How can the developers be so careless when people depend on this service to talk to their loved ones?
It's not letting me connect to the website at all definitely just a white screen even connected my phone to wifi and my phone is up to date and it still won't connect through even tried going on the browser and yet again the white blank screen still appears can you guys please fix this bug problem immediately
Can't even use the app a blank white screen appears when I use it also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It's still a blank white screen with some words you can't even click on and a the words "loading" on top and is not loading. PS. Put in 20$ and can't even use it
Cannot get to the login screen! I have internet and it won't load! Was able to use in the past (jul, 2021) but now NOTHING! I thought this would be easier than me driving 45 miles one day a week for a 15-30 minute visit with my son. His 9 year old daughter wants to see her dad. Won't work on phone nor desktop nor laptop!
This app sucks. I have not been able to contact my loved one for the last 2 weeks I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling my app but nothing will load it's just stuck on a white screen please fix this problem immediately
Its a joke, half of the time I have to restart the app for it to work. The video chat doesn't work and the only thing the app is transferring minutes and sending messages
DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! The app is a white screen. Nothing else. I tried the website and the app. The site will let you create an account but you won't be able to use it. You will spend your money so you can stare at a blank screen. No android or apple browser works DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! It deserves zero stars

Can't say anything about it because at the very start white screen I've done everything and still white screen . Disgrace! People who count on this to communicate and visit with loved ones. Left hopeless.FIX THIS JUNK!!!!! NO STARS IN FACT NEGATIVE STARS UNTIL MADE RIGHT!!!! The ONLY reason it has a star is it wouldn't let me post until I gave it a star 😠😡🤬🤮😫
Terrible, it never opens, even the copy and paste link to Chrome that doesn't work and there's no way to contact customer service. they suck
Worked fine. Then when i went to have my first visit nothing worked! Not the app or the website. Havnt seen my man in over a month. When i was finally able to schedule one i cant get the app or site to do anything! Soooo let down by this app. My hearts broken. Disgusted!
When buying standard messages it allows u to choose the amount of mb./ Messages u want to buy and it gives u a price. I chose 175 60 mb and I only received 20mb 60 messages. Besides the price difference its a usable friendly user app.
Won't let me log in just a white screen. Keep calling customer service for two days they still haven't called back. You no you can't talk to a person you have to leave a message they will get back will you. I don't no when I have left at least 10 message. Not satisfied
I can literally text my people whenever I'd like! As long as they aren't asleep, they will respond pretty quick too.
I like the cid net app my cid net doesn't load unless I have wifi that would be the only thing I would want changed about the app. The facility my friends are in end up always blocking me from talking to certain inmates when we talk about prayers etc. So not sure why that's happening it's not cid net it's on the end of the facility it's probably one of the more affordable apps to speak with loved ones though.
Half the time the app doesn't not want to open it does not work like it should it glitches a lot when it does work it's fine but it's a hassle to have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it because it won't open
The app works good for the first week or two that I had it and now as it seems the longer I have it the more messed up it is and it barely loads for me so the times that I am able to talk to him where he can write directly back I can't even get on yesterday all I wanted to do was talk to him and I was unable to access it at all all day
Last few months it has been only showing up a white screen or a white screen saying loading. It will only show up if I'm on wifi. Before it used to show up all the time on my phone.
This app i use to like i use it every day now for almost a year no problems but the last 2 days I get to video visit maybe two mins and it kicks me off and its getting bad you really need to fix this because people want to see their love ones and you keep kicking us off for know reason please fix asap
The app won't do anything but show a white screen. My phone is a Samsung21 so it's definitely up to date and not on my end. This app does not work!!!
This is a great app. Especially when you're in need of faster contact with a loved one or just needing to see their face when it's impossible to otherwise. I'd give it a 5 star except $20 for a video call, and the fact that the prices jump all over the place to send a message. Sometimes the shorter msgs cost more. What I don't understand is why it cost me to send as well as read the messages that are sent to me. Getting over just a bit but quality is good app doesn't load sometimes is all.
