i dont know why i can't log in my account in this app. there's always a notification when i log in via email, it says Error on Email and password. WTH, but when i open it in browser i didn't have any problem in loggin in. this app is useless! please fix not this asap! for now i gonna use the browser.
Guys, please stay away from this exchange. The very first useless trading application that I will ever use in my life, I have my money stocked in that exchange, support don't reply to message, no telegram account , no Twitter account, no Facebook, in one word, there is no way to contact support. Thank what I have there is not that much. Guys, please run away from this useless exchange.
I transfered to my cielo wallet. Been 24hrs but had not yet received (the sending wallet had already confirmed successful transfer). I email the support but no response at all! Dissapointed that I just lost my money!
Horrendous, they won't let you pass just without a pass port, they won't respond to contact to support after weeks of waiting I have 3 unresponded emails over 2 weeks. They won't release my funds, and won't allow me to withdraw!!! Complete trash. Lost time & wages like a mofo, seeing I was only seeking $15 of asobi to buy the raoxh when he it was still a day before coming out.... Which my inistak buy was at .11. I have officially filed a complaint with the federal bureau of business.
Hard to use and very slow. Will make you wait for 3 days to get nothing. Don't use this app to save your time.
Withdrawal is so high. 0.5 bch, 0.5eth and 0.025for bitcoin. This exchange doesn't value all customers. Inquiry never been answered. Beware for this exchange.

Great app to do my ETH trades just about anywhere with an internet connection. With real time prices updates, regular price and quantity postings for closed exchanges, and useful graphs that show previous price fluctuations by the hour. One gripe though; Buying at auto market price seems to only work at unit and tenths decimal places SOMETIMES. I suggest fixing this to be able to set until ten thousandths decimal place.
