Worked great until I got a new phone. It stopped working completely. It shows the Ciera logo in the middle of the screen but never gets past that. Phone is a Galaxy S22 Ultra. I have uninstalled & reinstalled but that didn't help.
App is so easy to use. I recommend this bank absolutely the best..💚
This is a very smooth app. I have not had any issues yet! I love the thumb print log in and the quick transfer. And the best part is the instant balance, don't even need to log in to see if I can afford gas or not lol XD
Great app. really helpful. Sometimes it signs you out pretty fast, but I'd prefer the security over the easier access.
Since my last review the site has change the app. a little It took some time learning the new app. but once I did it became very easy to navigate and do what I want,the only thing I can't get it to do is give me more money.

Only shows current months transactions. I want my mobile app to mirror the online site. It's about 15 years behind other banks apps.
Most of the time works great but has problem using your phone to access your accounts about 35% of the time

After giving this app one star twice, it's finally working properly. I had to uninstall it and reinstall it but now I can basically do what I need to do with it: transfer funds, deposit checks, keep track of transactions, etc. Keeping my fingers crossed for no more problems.
