Exclusively for Cigna customers*, Cigna Compass is a mobile app that gives you personalized direction on how to get the most from your health plan, save money, and enjoy peace of mind, no matter where you are on your healthcare journey. With its proactive messages and easy access from any device, Cigna Compass is designed to help you improve your health, take charge of your health care and understand how to use your health plan. From your mobile device, Cigna Compass will:

- Proactively display recommendations to help you maximize your plan, including any available incentives you can earn, coaching opportunities, or health apps to connect.


- Help you find quality, cost-effective doctors, labs, hospitals and more to help you build your Health Services Team. Cigna Compass does the searching for you.


- Give you timely personalized tips and reminders to help you improve your health and make smart decisions, like when to get your flu shot or where you can get your lab work done.

*You must be a Cigna medical customer and your employer must offer Cigna Compass in order to access the Cigna Compass Mobile App.
