Worse app ever. Hopefully the provider is not as unstable as the app. I'm at the clinic trying to show my insurance card but the app keep crashing everytime I try to login. Please reflect on your stars!!!

Terrible, terrible experience. I've been trying for the third time in a row to submit a claim and get stuck on the final signoff where the doesn't seem to be a 'next' step. I've re entered the bank info so many times as it doesn't seem to store them properly. it's like the amateur coding hour, seriously, and it doesn't seem to improve at all as new versions are rolled out.

The updated version is not good. Why make changes to the app when it was working so well? 1) The new version doesn't let you take pictures of receipts 2) It's very buggy and slow 3) Content doesn't align with the phone screen. You have to scroll right to read some sentences (and not others). It took me more than 10 minutes to submit a claim (with the old version it would have taken me about 3 minutes).

Very glitchy whether on WiFi or strong mobile network. The "secure message" feature does not function, and every single time you log in, a message appears which says, "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." Also, when using the in-app camera to photograph and upload claim forms, the preview shows up clear, but the uploaded file sometimes ends up blurry resulting in a frustrating back and forth communication with customer service.

The updated app is horrible. The previous one worked MUCH better. The updated version is so slow, doesn't remember my ID, not intuitive at all and when I upload documents it somehow loses my entire application process. Takes me multiple tries each time to submit. And it's not intuitive either - eg. Confusing "Save" button instead of "Next" button! Why enable the upload documents button you require users to tap on choose file? Why aren't you saving my recent country?

Is something wrong with the app? I cannot open it anymore, it crashes immediately on both Android 11 and Android 10. I reinstalled abd i can login, however it stops responding and the phone is overheating. I tried it on a phone that i never installed the app before same symptoms. The application is not usable! May I suggest rolling back to previous stable version until you fix the new buggy version, this workaround would be better than ignoring tons of people who want to access the app.

The worst app I have encountered, especially for a critical service like accessing medical insurance. The registration itself is not working (Just a web view. Even that couldn't work). Seems like Cigna's tech and develoeprs are stuck in 2008 and decades behind. I'm reconsidering the insurance provider just due to the poor digital infrastructure in place which has caused me difficulties in availing their facilities.

The app either crashes or does not respond 90% of the time. It is very hard to use the inbox/messaging function to communicate with Cigna as it constantly gives error messages. I can also not scroll to see the full message I type. Very dissapointing. (I use android). Please fix your app bugs!!!

The calendar is (at least for registration) is extremely tedious and very user unfriendly. Waste of time. Then completing registration is impossible and the App doesn't indicate why. Contact us hasn't been any help. Begs the question what services one can get... Disappointed

RIDICULOUS APP. I have to keep entering & re-entering the details/photos for an illness at least 20 times.And still it shows some ERROR. It REFUSES to accept photos from my phone(bills,etc.)even though each photo is just a few kbs, not even MB.And whn i try to take a pic thru the "take photo" option (camera icon) it says the mb is too high even though each pic is on the lowest resolution (kb) on my phone.wat kind of an app is this.My blood pressure rises every time i use this DUMB app. FIX ASAP.

The part of of the app that allows members to submit claims has been down for at least 2 months. Makes the app entirely useless to me, and Cigna customer service can give no estimate on when this will be functioning again. Living abroad this app has been the most effective way for me to submit claims. Quite frustrated that it's no longer working.

i dont get how an official app can be done so bad nowadays. slow and repetitive the claim process. -often bugs block you in going forwards (now for example i cannot accept the legal agreement). -cannot visualise properly the details of the active claims. then the double identification, what a block. -removed, still cannot save my pass or use my fingerprint. -the secure email? why?? i receive via email notifications for the sec.mail, and is always a process login and you are limited in words

Not user friendly. Unresponvive most of the times. And the app team also does not seem to get back and improvise the feedbacks they get. I'm stuck with my claims, logins and so much annoyed by this issues

worst app ever. it always have bugs. the developers must be very unprofessional out-source ones. i submit a claim within 1 min, but was told timeout in the last step. beared with more bugs in the previous versions, such as image upload failure. you guys got a good job, cause my company decide to use cigna. we have no choice but to use this lousy app. worst ever, not one of, but THE WORST...

This app is very fantastic. I have been using Cigna from 2015. This app was introduced only 1-2yr back. The first set up took time but then latter usage is very easy. No complaints. I don't know why so many ppl gave negative comments about usage. But one genuine issue I see is srolling for countries, with such a huge list I would recommend using the typing few letters of country option. And other small issues which could have made the app a great quality.

Its 2022 cigna come on, why is your app closing itself after 2FA. The fact that companies like this that offer an ultra poor ux are still in business is indicative of how broken the system is.

Unstable, crashes, changes data such as country without input (I don't live in North Korea, thank you very much) does not save claims in process, logs off when trying to add photos as evidence of claim, took 2 hours to log a simple claim because of the above issues. Terrible app experience.

Makes submitting claims such a tedious task. Most new phone cameras capture high quality pics which are at least 2mb and they don't allow attachments to exceed 6mb total. Why can't the devs just compress the pics when loading into the app?? Instead I have to go and do all of that myself. Imagine the struggle if you're not tech savvy
