Not able to login, it is simply showing something went wrong, we are working on it. Their representatives also not helpful, the way they speak changes once we take the policy. Not only the app, it's horrible using Cigna insurance also
Terrible. Can't even remember or integrate with my Google password manager. So you have to type in the password to login. Like which app requires you to do that anymore. Nightmare to use.
Hi there, when I download the app from Play Store, the app has no Tele Health option at all. It looks like an old version of the app but there are no other versions to download! Maybe it has been taken off Play Store due to it having issues?
Can't log in. Reinstalled. Did not help. Just horrible. Years go by. I received no help. Endless call don't help either. "Oh. Sorry you had a bad experience"
As with many other reviewers, I cannot login - the error "Oops, something went wrong" comes up even though I've registered and can login to the website fine. Have tried clearing cache, storage and reinstalling the app multiple times. I have emailed customer support back and forth about this issue a month ago but clearly nothing has been fixed yet. [UPDATE] Still not able to login with the latest 1st June 2021 update. Same error as 4 months ago persists.
Same issue other users. Significant login problems. I submitted a request for assistance and only heard back-"thanks for initiating-we're investigating." That was three weeks ago. I'm a big fan of CIGNA but this app/program has been a disappointment. Given the current challenging environment seems like this should be a priority.
Great doctors if the app actually works... but absolutely awful app. Legit reason to consider another insurance/provider 1) App keeps showing generic errors and it took 6-8 tries to submit a form. Doesn't tell you the problem 2) If you minimize to another window (eg to get some info), you have to login again and lose all progress 3) app really really slow and has other bugs 4) video did not work for consultation, had to switch to phone
The app doesn't let me login - error: The information you entered doesn't match our records - but my credentials work in the website. Ive tried seeking support but didnt get a fix for the problem or a response for that matter. What's the point of publishing an app that does not work?
Worst app I ever used. It crashes when connecting to a video appointment/call, attachments sent through the app cannot be accessed (are disabled). So in the end it becomes useless as it does not serve the purpose of the app.
This app is really not working for me. Anytime I try to book a consultation, after I have finished all steps and added phone number; immediately after pressing the "submit" sign, the application closes itself, every time. I have been trying for many days. Can you fix this for me. I need ton organize this consultation asap.
Most of the advertised features are either missing or broken... so far the only thing that works is one " assessment"... and most of the questions in it have no applicable answers. Completely pointless and useless app
Nice idea but doesn't work for telemedicine. I tried multiple times to book an appointment and as soon as I clicked 'submit' the app crashed! Also login problems as others have stated. Would really love this to work during the Coronavirus situation.
It's been 12 months and I'm still unable to log into to the app. What is the actual point of having an app if its not working? You'd expect at last a little bit of effort from such an international company. I feel like I should get extra coverage for all the stress I have to deal with when actually trying to log in. So disappointing

App didn't work. Login credentials are all correct and work on other Cigna apps and on the Cigna Website but it fails to login on this app. It seems to be a very common recurring issue which should have been resolved by now after all the numerous negative reviews from users. Would like to see better from Cigna.
Scheduling consultation through video or phone is not working. App automatically logs out after clicking submit button for schedule. Have uninstalled and reinstalled this thrice aldready. Please fix the bug! Thanks.
Can't login. Get a "oops error login, working on it" Seems to be an issue for a long time. Update in March 2021. Install the new version. Still can't login on my android phone. Getting the "Oops message". Is that a joke ? working on it !!
I scheduled an video consultation for 9:30 am this morning but when I tried to log-in for my appointment, the screen says that something is wrong and they are working on it. How am i suppose to have my consultation when the app is not working? I indicated my contact number in the form but also did not get any calls whatsoever.

The app started working a week after the earlier comment. Suggestion - Can you please add options to get my daily activity from Google Fit and calories intake details in the well being and give health suggestions.
Really Doesn't Work! This is horrible. When you're counting on something that affects your health, and it is completely useless, somebody should be held to account. This app obviously doesn't work. Why is cigna directing patients to use it? Why aren't they giving options? Something needs to be done.
Cant even login, username + password boxes are there, but the app wont allow to scroll down to what must be an obvious enter / log in button. Cant TAB to it, etc... So the app is worthless at this point if you cant even sign in.
Had managed to login once. But unable to login since. Repeatedly getting an error 'Something went wrong. We are working on it.' From other comments below it looks like this is a common issue.
Doesn't remember your login, so you have to enter it every time you open the app. Also spent 10 min unsuccessfully "connecting" to a video appointment, so the doctor had to just call me.
Completely inadequate app. LOGIN typically comes up with an error, and when I eventually do login, impossible to add my wife as a dependant which is my primary reason for using! Pathetic
A horrible app and waste of time. The login details are all correct but the app fails to work and prompts instead "Oops something went wrong..."
I am baffled by just how bad this app is given that it is Cigna. The only reason I have the app is to be able to access telehealth services as there are much better apps available to provide wellness and fitness advice tailored to my needs. Even so, there are limitations using telehealth. I cannot schedule consultations for my dependents. There is no FAQ or help section to guide users. One can only upload images, not PDF. The UI only fits on phones, not tabs. Cigna can and should do better.
