This app was so much better than the over hyped under powered new one. Better UI, more responsive, uncomplicated. Why didn't you just upgrade this one instead of a lousy, almost useless new all-in-one. Case in point: My active card was deactivated during the migration. Still no advice whether this is permanent. Edit: When you use the rate us option on the new app it directs you here.

The app is easy to use and navigate. I love the fact that it has higher interest rate compared to other banks. I have no problem with the app itself, but I have to always make sure that whenever I wanna use the CIMB mastercard, the funds should be on Fast/Fast Plus account. I always forget that so it keeps on getting declined. I think it'll also help me manage my finances even more bec of this feature

Do not download this app, I don't usually write reviews except for this once. After all of the hassle creating an account and filling up all the required details, the app won't even let you sign in using the correct credentials. Says needed to contact the customer support. I did, and i stayed more than half an hour on the line listening to the recorded voice prompt, thats seems to be forever!!!! by the way, in the end, i wasn't able to talk to anyone. THIS IS REALLY HUSSLE!

I love the app since I am in full control of my savings, however, the app crashes whenever I try to verify my identity. It's not loading anymore when I'm on the taking a selfie process, and it fears me not to be qualified for the 4% pa interest promo. I tried uninstalling and installing and even rebooting my phone, but still the same. How I wish this feature will be fixed asap so we can have a better experience with the app. update: been enjoying 4% since last year. fully verified already.

After your very recent update, I received an SMS that I can already access my account. But that was not the case. I keep on getting the message "Network error! Please check your network." even if I have a strong internet connection and I can access other banking apps without issues. I hope you can fix this soon. Update: Giving 5 stars now, for being responsive to my concern and also because the new app is absolutely wonderful.

Fast loan approval. Misleading ad. 0% interest not real. My loan still had an interest with total 20.41% of the principal. I applied for the loan because it was 0% interest rate, but it was not applied. But if you're really on an emergency and need cash as soon, loan procedure for this bank is lightning fast! This is an edited review. They replied to my first review assuming that I did NOT know of the processing fee and stamp. I know the difference between interest vs processing fee.

The first time I used the app it's perfectly fine but lately I had a hard time accessing it. I Always got an error message that says "Net work Error. Please check your network" but my network is perfectly fine. I even attempted to access the bank using my gcash but I got the message that the bank is upgrading their system. I hope they will fix the issue.

I can't log in the app it say i can't proceed and need to contact the customer service. I've waited for the very long queue because of wanting to resolve the issue. But sad to say their customer service can't even find the solution to the problem.she says there is no issue in my account.. So why the log in error, I even Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.. Changed my password BUT TO NO AVAIL. so hassle..

I'm not having the best experience with this app or bank in general. I can't cash in into my account for the ff reason: 1.) I can't log in to the app and keeps notifying about a network error. I tried re-installing the app but is still having the same problem. Our wifi is good and I face the same problem even with data. 2.) I can't open a GSave account as well. GCash has already notified me to contact CIMB but I have yet to receive a response.

Great app and very reliable. Although they have frequent maintenance, they at least notify ahead of time. Just used their loan too and it was surprisingly fast and hassle free. As long as the documents/requirements are complete.

Been okay so far. I have a question though regarding "Add to Favorites" I have atleast 2 bank accounts that I usually transfer funds to. And the Favorites is convenient because I dont have to type in the account number everytime. But it seems that I can only add 1 account as favorites, whenever I try to add another it replaces the last account I added as Favorites. Is this really how it works or Im having problems with the app?

This was my favorite finance app. But since last week, I cannot log in. Fingerprint is not working only on this app. I used to log in using fingerprint. Then when I log in using the typed username and passwordz it kept on saying that there is a network error. So I found on play store that there is this another CIMB app but still, cannot log in. It kept on saying that password is incorrect though I used the forgot password already. And it also always saying that there is an error in network

It was not user Friendly, I felt Im being hacked, I try to connect many times but it cant proceed in verification. Customers service is also hard to call it takes almost an hour. So many challenges encountered. GSave was great but connecting to this Apps is not good at all. Sorry!

I keep getting Network Error even though all my other apps are working fine in terms of internet connection Edit: Incredibly incovenient right now when I really need access to my account Edit 2: Still getting Netowrk Error, please chelc your network message even though I obviously have internet (otherwise I wouldn't be able to post this). I can't even log in to see if my money is still in my account.

Still has problems with receiving OTP, OTP arrives 5-6 hours, that late! I tried the "resend" option and still nothing. I tried withdrawing by 2pm and I received all 12 OTP by 930pm! Also did logout, install, and uninstall, and not one OTP arrived at the right time. I tried using other banking apps and OTPs arrived within seconds so I'm assured that my phone has signal. Fix this issue.

It's very convenient to use along with gcash. I decided to move all my transactions with cimb ph. And there were a lot of promotions and good interest rates. I would always receive "exclusive" offers on loans and revi credit - - however - - they don't cater to ofw applicants (even if there's option in employment as ofw). They kept asking for 2316 which ofws don't have and eventually no more follow through. Total letdown.

Im trying to open a personal savings account but i could not get pass the email verification process. I inputted the right email and waiting for an hour now, still no verification link from CIMB bank. Im hoping that you can help me with this as soon as possible. Thanks in advance for your assistance. Bill payment was deducted from cimb account but payment was not sent to the biller...tried several times to ask for a resolution from calling to the customer service and to the app's give feedback but nothing happened..but they are actively sending u a reminder about your loan payment...🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️.. i wish you could do something about it asap...

Poor Customer Service, Out of the blue I can't open the app even if i use all my credentials correctly. The notif says to call their customer service, but upon calling for literally 40 mins each day, still no one is answering.. this is the most fvvked up app that I've encountered.. no help from their email, phone, or the app itself... Purely waste of time..

At first I thought I finally found my bank I'm going to use in my lifetime until I started using its services. 1. The transfer takes 24-48 hrs to reflect in the recipients acct (this one i can live with, no problem), 2. They don't accept BPI, sending and receiving (i can tolerate), 3. Unable to link/create gsave, 4. International transfer is just impossible!! All of a sudden they dont accept Wise transfer when it worked the month prior.

On the contrary of the bad reviews I have read here, my experience and all the transactions I have made with CIMB are seamless. I was able to set up my account quickly. Personal Loan approval was fast with no processing fee! Only 250 documentary stamp tax was deducted from my loan proceeds with low interest rates compared to other banks. Their Savings account offers a much higher interest also. Well maybe my experience just differ from these people I hope it continues to be this good and seamles

I like my banking experience special the generous product they have. But its with their customer service that I dislike my first experience. The previous rwp I spoke with was rude. I was still talking explaining my other concern then the call got drop and the repdid not made any call back or hear anything from them. The app and the service is good but the rep its a thumbs down.

I have a concern since April 29 that has not been resolved yet. They keep saying my concern is under investigation and that my money is safe with them, but I'm having doubts now since it's been 12 days already.In addition to that, even if they would credit my money anytime soon, they can't pay for the sleepless nights I've had and all the stress that I had to go and still going through because of this issue. This is really the worst app I've ever tried!

I hope they'd have an option to upload files especially when submitting requirements for loan approval. Our payslips are electronic so unless I go out and have it printed, there's no way I can try the loan. Please update it soon so it can be more user-friendly.

I like the app since it provided me a Credit Line in their REVI Credit app. By the way, I get know and access the app after I done my savings in the GCASH app through GSAVE. However, I still expect more improvements about the app, particularly in Fund Transfer which is not real time.
