[2019] -for security purpose, i want a 2 factor authentication on separate device. the app forced me to accept secureTAC, without option to skip, hence 1 star... i wont be using the app, particularly after recent 2018 issue of unauthorized online charging in CIMB accounts. [Edit 2022] - CIMB still force secureTAC while i prefer SMS TAC (of course in other device for 2 factor authentication) for my security.
After updating the app to the latest version,the feature of sending tac to mobile phone can't work properly anymore. Even after uninstalled and download back the app, the problem still existed, I can't even login into my account. Hope to improve.
The lag time is bad. The app doesn't even load sometimes. It used to show available balance in quick login now it's showing balance with floating as well. Had to login every time to check available balance which beats the purpose of quick login.
Sony Xperia 10 ii, android 10 here. Blank white screen on start up. Clear the bug, please. The latest update doesn't do any good. This app never gives me any problem before.
after updated i didn't get the e-statement pdf and it's so troublesome, even in service button i didn't see the e-statement.
This app is great! but it could be better if you can hide that balance to be maintained in the account...it's quite annoying for me...
After the update today it didn't work at all (Stuck at loading screen). And then it said my phone is rooted which impossible since I never dare to do that.
unable to share transaction receipts, making it bothersome to prove transfers to third parties. it wasnt always like this - must be due to an update. please fix
The connection to the server was unsuccessful. Please fix this! Apps is still not user friendly as other banks. You cant even copy your own account number. Waste of time.
Cannot activate.. keep loading. And loading and loading. When get the TAC to verify, the page still loading.. cannot do anything . As a result, the TAC number expired.. this keep repeating.. waste of time.
Spamming promotional notifications with no way of specifically disabling these ads is a new low. You are providing proper banking service, don't treat your customers like freeware leeches.
I cannot open the apps after completed the latest update. It is stuck at the log in page.
I knew my choice has always been wise n choosing cimb as my main personal bank account was the best decision i’ve ever made, so far it’s so great<3 i recommend others to use this app to make everything faster.
Why in the world do I have see the tutorials again and reactivate my SecureTAC every single time the app updated? Such terrible user experience and annoying. Who rated this higher than 3 stars?
"Your device is rooted" cant use cimb click due to security vulnerability, this is my first time downloading this app, why is my phone rooted??? I have no idea what just happen
TAC received Failure. What happen to Cimb click nowadays? When requesting for the TAC code, there's no responding at all and caused me can't perform any fund transfer due to urgent matter. Can cimb technician look into this issue and fixed it? Previously was fine.
I am NOT able to find the "duitnow to account" function, previously known as instant transfer, in the apps. I am NOT able to click to the "duitnow to account" feature on the website. Please tell me how NOT to curse the system !
Stop pushing your stupid useless ads... Everyday at least 1 or 2. Damn annoying. And I can't completely disable notifications in case there is some important transaction involving my account.
No issue on login & all transaction. BUT cannot click SHARE button once transfer done for receipt. Don't know why...its bug or what???

Tac coming Unbelievable fast. All transaction response in splits second. One got to be vigilant and not to rush to respond. Read every lines. Be prepared before performing transaction.
still cannot activate using application, already submitted 6 time used different TAC. Please update again soon. "Sorry, unable to proceed your activation via Touch ID and Password, If this continues, please contact our call center. [CLK01270]"
When make transaction on desktop computer, secure tac is requested. But, when I open apps to approve the secure tac, the message shown there is no secure tac requested
Still not able to activate my fingerprint after reinstall for umpteenth time as per the customer service!!!!! All you know is keep asking us customer to reinstall but NOTHING CHANGE!!!!!
Please improve your user interface whether its for mobile or web use. Especially for credit card features. Easier to pay balance in m2u compare with yours.
The worst bank ever I tried to sign in many times but I can't there is message box appear sorry unexpected error please call .....etc, and I'm out of Malaysia I sent email to helpdesk team many times, but there's no replies from him.

After making a transfer, the Share button does not work. This seems to have happened after the latest update. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not help fix the issue. In this case, it would be helpful if we can generate PDFs or "share" the transfer from the transfer history list. We can do this (print or generate PDFs) on the web browser but not from the app.
I've never had any problems using this friendly user apps, it has convertible of high security system and it gives a full appliances order to the client needs even in urgency and emergency, I'm looking forward to this banking system application tools to be served everyone's best interest and benefit, I'm hoping it would frequently be upgraded to it's highest performance.
