This app is poorly made and maintained. The settings questions are prompted each time opening the app, suggesting the developers did a poor job with memory storage and simple architecture designs. Creating a manual account does not function and returns an error that the password needs to be 8 characters, one upper, one lower, and special character. I used a password that meets these requirements and the app did not progress. As an app that is 'required' for entry, I'd give it an F.
The app keeps telling me to download an update. I click the update link and it takes me to the google play store. The play store tells me that the app does not have an update to install. I've deleted and redownloaded the app twice now and I still get the same (update required) screen when I open the app. Please fix this.
Works fine until you try to sell tickets, the app will not let me save my name, address, phone number etc. I keep getting an "unable to update" error and worse, Personal Check is the only payment choice available even though my Ticket Master account is linked to my bank account. Frustrating...
Keeps telling me that an update is necessary to open the app. I go to the Google Play store and no update is available. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app, that didnt work either. So not the app has become unusable.
This app at one time played media videos , like news conferences and the such ... not any longer ... I am watch the adds uninterrupted and clearly , but then drops the app as the content starts ... for me? ... USELESS
It would be great if the videos worked. You have to keep opening and closing the app to finally get one to play. Go yo YouTube instead!
Received an email 8am on game day that I had to download this app to access my game day tickets. At the gate I was denied entry because my the app did not use a "rotating bar code" for the tickets. I was forced to go to the back of the line and download the Ticketmaster app to get through the gates. What a joke, I will not be going to another NFL game because of this. Of the dozens of MLB games and other events I go to throughout the year, I have never had such a terrible experience
Trying to open app, but get a message on screen saying app needs to update. It just brings you to the Google play store where there is NO update available. The app then closes down and you can't use it.
App keeps telling me i have to update and redirects me to the google play store. When i get to google play store there is no update and the app is already at the most recent update. Please fix this bug! The app was working fine before.
Usually, I enjoy this app. However, everytime I open it there's a notice saying I need to update. There is no update! Once it starts working properly and I can actually open it, I'll give it 5 stars!
I am trying to download the Bengals app on my tablet. I am on my home wireless Wi-Fi and all that happens is a message that says trying to connect to Wi-Fi charges may accrue. I'm on a tablet not a phone. Thanks, for the help. I can't the answer next question untill I can download the Bengals app.
So first replay clip I go to watch is 44 seconds long and I get to watch a 30 second ad with no option to skip ? Wow thanks !!! 🤬Uninstalling.
Who-Dey! I watched the playoffs on this app when I was helping my daughter move and couldn't get to a tv!! I ❤️ this app!
Great commercials loved them can't say how the game is it wants to lock up except during the commercials. What a waist of time
Never lets me see my tickets until I uninstall and reinstall. The app has no timeout detection, saving tickets to phone doesn't work, and it's an overall dumpster. Figure it out or use Ticketmaster only.
I wish it actually worked for the virtual tickets @ PBS. It won't pull up the tickets, when it does, it times out by the time I get to the front of the line. I end up having to get a ticket from customer service and stand in line again. Please fix this!
Anything involved with ticketmaster is garbage. This app is terrible. Being able to access and manage tickets should not be such a process but ticketmaster only cares about getting those fees. Do better.
The app told me about an update. Tried to update. Even uninstalled the app and reinstalled but it won't work for me anymore. Can anyone help me fix this? Love this app
I absolutely love this app.. it keeps me up to date on the score if I cant b around a TV. And keeps me up to date on all the happenings w the team
Great for news and team updates! Who Dey! I love the wallpapers but on my new S10 the wallpapers don't download and I cant screenshot. Please fix!

Can't even access my tickets on the app. When I go to log in, it just pops up a white screen.
Says I need an update, but won't pull up the update! WTH is going on! Now I can't get to the app at all; just puts me in a loop?!?!
The app is broken. If I try to sign-in via Ticketmaster (which is preferred) I get an error message saying that I'm not connected to the internet when I very much am. It won't let me create an account, as it says that password needs at least eight characters, an upper case letter, a lower case letter, and a number. I've tried endless variations and yet I get that same error message every time. The thing just doesn't work.
