Great way to access library resources but buggy. I cant remove my old library account. When I go to the option to remove a card, there are no cards listed. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but my accounts are still there so an uninstall is not wiping app data. Samsung Note 10+

Please fix the bug! Anytime I click on a search result the app crashes :( I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app and the problem persists. PLEASE FIX!

I love how this is a stop along the Street car route. The kids I care for always ask to stop at the Library on our adventures downtown.

I love the ease of navigation. Being able to renew materials online is a complete blessing. Thank you!

It doesn't allow me to use e-branch or request books. It used to work, which is why it gets 2 stars instead of 1.

Great app. Love that you can add multiple accounts, but add account and remove account options are switched. Please fix!

This app is so slow and stutters or shuts itself often. I wish you could renew more than one item at a time. I also wish you were able to check out an entire season of a tv show at a time instead of one volume at a time. It's a crude app, i just login to the actual website if i want to do anything other than look at a renewal date.

You cant do searches. It is very very slow. The old app worked alot better. You need to make a new app. This is terrible.

It's a great app so you don't need to go library to hold a book, as well as many other reasons.

I use my tablet a great deal and I really dislike having to flip it just to use this app. I also find the navigation a little less than ideal, especially if making use of electronic resources such as Overdrive. Here's hoping for significant improvements to come, as this new app is a big step backwards from what we used to have.

I am very happy with the UI of this new app and the speed to which it delivers services. I think for the initial release it provides very well integrated services that arent too far from what i would need on the website. I am sad to see that the catalog integration does not even hold basic filters for searching content. The old app was able to use advanced search features like desktop encore. I would also like to see the ebranch also incorporate research databases and not just media content.

I like the on-board checkout. Others complained about missing advanced search functions but it meets my needs fine so far.

Like others, when I request books they get sent to the main branch rather than the one I selected.

This new app is HORRIBLE! I'm very disappointed! The old app worked just fine! Change isn't always a good thing! Fix this app! TERRIBLE!
