Don't get cheated! Pay at the meter. I parked at Findlay Market. The sign said if you wanted to get your parking validated, you had to use the app to pay. Turns out you get stuck with a "convenience charge" for being forced to use the app. Oh well, I thought, the sign says the code from the vendor I'm shopping at will cover up to $3. Only after getting a code from the vendor, turns out there ISN'T any way to enter it in the app. So I'm out not just the parking fee but also the "convenience fee".

I have used this three times on Madison. I have never been able to successfully use it to add time to a meter. There are always two four digit numbers on the meters, one official looking one, and one written in marker. Today I added money to both, with no luck. I finally just shoved in a bunch of dimes and nickels I luckily had. Their in app support is just a faq, terms and conditions, and a privacy policy. After searching in the Internet, I cannot find a way to contact them.

Time on app doesn't show up on meter which is confusing. The City wants you to pay thru the app, but if you leave early they don't want the next person to benefit from what you paid for. Stick to coins.

The app has stopped working since the update. I've reinstalled it twice. After the initial setup, if you close it and try to reopen, it just gets stuck on the opening screen.

didn't show my pending time and so i added time to be safe and at 830 i added 2 hours to find out the the meter shuts off at 9. so essentially I paid extra money... instead of walking to the car to read the meter. but isn't this supposed to help with convenience.... not just rob you of money.

You should really add a feature to where you can end your parking early.... It's not fair that the next person can't take advantage of the parking I have already paid for and it's not fair that I don't get refunded the unused parking time.... Just saying you don't pay for things your not gonna use anywhere else.....

The app gives no choice to register as an employee of a business within a parking zone. When I park here I'm at work. To have to refresh my parking every two hours is ridiculous. The pricing is a rip off. Then most of the time my parking will run out and it says I can't renew because there is a restriction at this time. But I'm at work. I cannot just leave to go move my car. The business I manage is a major contributor to your income in this area and in return your nothing but a pain.

I had a coupon for $1 discount using this app. I could not find where to enter the discount number and additionally the app wanted to charge me a fee in addition to the parking charge. I canceled this app immediately!

NOT the easiest way to park. I used it today in Hyde Square and when I came back to my car there was a TICKET ON THE WINDSHEILD. Checked the app and I had 8 min. 30 sec. remaining on my parking space. THEY CLAIM that the officers have hand held devices they use to check to the cloud to see if the person used EZPARK. Either this is NOT TRUE or THE ONLINE FUNCTIONS IS NOT ALWAYS WORKING or NOT ALL THE OFFICERS ARE APPROPRIATELY TRAINED or ARE INCAPABLE of using the electronic tool. Called the number on the ticket immediately, because I naively thought I could get them to check over the internet that we had, in fact paid and get the ticket dismissed. Took 20 mins. to get anyone on the phone and THEN I was told I would have to go online to fix this. Online it indicates that for disputes besides broken meters you need to call it in. THIS WOULD BE THE EASIEST WAY TO PARK IF ONLINE CHECKING SYSTEM WORKED FOR THE OFFICERS AND THE OFFICERS ARE FULLY TRAINED TO USE IT.

They charge sevice fees on top of parking fees. Stays can only be purchased in 30 min increments meaning you constantly over pay. Just another system in place to extract as much money as possible from people.

Charged my CC for 2 hours in meter, it registered on my phone but never on the meter. When I returned the meter was expired though the app said I still had 16+ minutes. I could have been ticketed!

Won't tell me the prices before entering my credit card. I literally only downloaded the app to avoid driving in circles downtown looking for parking that wasn't excessive

Great when I don't want to keep going out to reload. I can park in one place and walk all around downtown without worrying about running out of meter time.

Extremely easy and very fast. Coming from someone who is always late to meetings this app is a big help.

So good to find parking and pay without getting out of car. No coins needed. Happy happy happy to see and use this app

I'm tired of having to get up at 7-8am to add more parking on the app. ADD PRE-PAY FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING!!!!

Convenience is everything and the ability to extend time without physically going to meter.

Convenient but this app always steals a few minutes of your time in addition to charging a service fee.

i have to keep reinstalling it. it works once and then when you reopen the app you only see an eternal waiting page

works less than half time. reminder doesn't buzz or ring, just notice on phone if you look at out

Easy. Intuitively designed app. Saves money on parking for Bengals games.

pretty easy to download and pay for your stay, a little pricey though

fee is minimal, ease of use makes it more than a bargain.
