The App is alright, worked for a good while. Recently though whenever I try to buy tickets for the Connector / Streetcar it shows no fares available or outright tells me tickets can't be purchased in app which was the whole point of the app for me moving around in downtown. Short: Good when it worked, but it's not usable.
You can never buy a new phone and keep your number. If you try to sign in on your new phone it locks your account because it is associated with too many devices. *SIGH* How can this company be so incompetent? A child could have programmed and implimented a better app. You're buying tickets for the bus. That's it. Yet, they found a way to screw it up. How?
At first it worked fine. But after 3 weeks the bus "real" times was got worse and worse... Then I statted getring pop up ads on my phone and they didnt go away until i removed the app... I tried reloading it later and the pop ads returned.
I used this app for months and when I have to get a 1-day bus pass 7 for $31 it rejects my payment and I tried it the 2nd time and it failed to accept my payment for the bus passes that I'm about to buy. Metro should've fix this app so it would be better for bus riders like me to use it. I'm uninstalling this app and going paper.
If I lose the wifi connection I cant use the app and STILL have to pay cash. If the driver is nice they give you a chance to reload it. The drivers with attitudes don't.
Today I have waited at 5 different stops to go to UC. The first 3 times I had assumed I missed them. The last 2 I arrived 20 minutes early and waited 10 minutes after the leaving time. Does this app even work?
This app has been abandoned; it should not be on the Play Store anymore. Metro now uses the Transit app which is much, much better.
Want to buy monthly pass, but I can't. In this time when it would be quicker for a customer to get on using an an app than money, this needs to be addressed
Wanted to buy a ticket. Firstly asked for credit card details. Did no show any fares. Ok, put it. After it me tickets are not available. And now they have my credit card. Shoot.
When i try opening it, the app says I'm using the unsupported version and i need to upgrade. When i check the play store i am having the latest version of cincy ez ride
Great Experience only messed up on me once. I've used this app for several years and enjoy how convenient it is.
App is pretty good, but doesn't tell where the bus stop is at a particular intersection, i.e Rt 20 stops at Winton and Galbraith, but where? It would be good to say, "Just South of Galbraith heading downtown.
App says I need to update to the latest version but no update is available in the play store.
it is not updated to read closures and has caused me to have to walk miles and be late for work.
This app told me I needed to update so I did now that I did all it does is say that I need to update it does not work anymore can you please help me I have money on this card

don't know how it works. i have money on the account that I can't get to. i wish these aps had instructions on how to use them.
my bus driver to day was super rude, and im not seeing a way to rate drivers. would be a 5* addition.

Great job and easy to use love it
this app is normally great but be aware if the bus wants you to catch or transohere to bus with a four didget number unless you are a student as it is apperantly a service bus for students. and there is no way to get an appropriate route that will service you. I am legally blind so I carefully plan all my trips to insure I do not get lost in unknown areas and this happened to me because of the ad for mentioned issue. other than that the app works great. but this glitch can be very dangerous.
