Many bugs the app always forced close and even can't open. Already uninstalled and download again, no different.
Worst Cinema Booking app quality of the app is as bad as the website. App keep on crashing and has long loading time, no call center to report the problem. Its happen not only once or twice but so frequent
Apps keep crashing unusable on Android 12 and the website are not mobile friendly both UX and UI, such a shame for a big company, you should hire more qualified developer.

Why can't I input my phone number? It's the number that I use and yet the app said "invalid number". No explanation of why is it invalid. Please fix this. I'm gonna uninstall it for the time being

I can't find the option to see upcoming movie where did you find that? I get confused with this new look. I like the previous interface better than the current one. The old one is so simple and easy to use. This current look just like waste of effort
The number of issues I have with this app is beyond the 500 words limit so let me sum the important bits. Horrid UI. Horrible layout design. 30% of the view zone cluttered with unnecessary information. 2 title bars cause it helps me what? Pixelated icons cause you can't be bothered to photoshop one. Contact... Ever heard of web view? Warning, warning, everywhere and I don't even know what they mean. Even your own loading animation is loading another loading animation.
Hi Cinepolis team, I think, for me personally, I like the version before this one much easier to use. I don't know where to check for the coming soon movies using this app, my profile page is blank. And tbh I like the version before this because I can easily check my nearest Cinepolis one by one with the movie and the showing time. Hope you guys can fix this maybe would make it easier and simpler to use ✌ thanks!

I cant open this app on my phone, android 12
Can't even access to registration at all. It keeps leading me to loading even though my internet connection is good. Let alone the app, even the website itself took so long to be accessed, and cant even show what movies are shown today.
