pathetic customers services. charged for the ticket while they didn't booked it. when asked for refund, i had been told to wait indefinitely. their customer support number is turned off. never go for buying ticket online, they don't bear the responsibility of faulty bugs on their end.
I try to book ticket twice but it was giving error message. When I use website for booking, everything went perfect and I got ticket through email. During movie (after 3 hours), I receive two messages about the transactions that I made first through app (total 3 including one that was successful), even after that I did not get any email about ticket confirmation in app history or through email. So I lost total 700 rupees. After the movie I tried to contact the FAQ section but didn't find.
A worst App I have ever come across. When the entire booking was complete including deduction of amount, a message appeared mentioning that something went wrong with booking. Since then no response and also I lost my money to this worst app. Dont go for it at all.
Fix this app. It started out good, however it has cost me money with no resulting tickets two times. The first time I thought it was a one time only issue. However today my payment was processed, approved and then I was told that "oops, booking failed". I have the screenshot as proof.
this application has some issues, i mean it is not showing some of the movies and its times...so i've to visit the cenima and watch the movie that was playing at that time. kindly solve this issue so i can manage my work time according to the movie that i have to watch..and i watch regular movies at cinepax..
Silver plus and silver seats are confusing. The silver seats were full so app didn't show us seats for silver we picked silver plus thinking that silver plus seats are below gold seats. Who would want to sit on front seats where screen are so close our necks are hurting while watching movies. Please rename silver plus as copper or front screen seats. There is nothing plus about these seats and they are there to confuse us. Poor staff that that to deal with our confusion and anger. Redesign it.
Pathetic app. Just as pathetic as the website, it is literally a difficult job to book tickets with cinepax website or app. The website is extremely slow and then there is this app i just opened the app and started getting errors.
Worst experience, booked 3 tickets by this app. they deducted amount from my credit card and didn't sent me any confirmation. I called 4 times, wasted around 30 mins after that they confirmed me that seats will be provided on visit. When I reached there thoer staff refused to provide me seats. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
really good app to get you tickets fast went to get tickets on box office but there was a huge line but there was a differe t line for online ticketing and i think this is a very good thing so that we don't have to wait to get the tickets which we already bought at home. Highly recommend using the online ticketing feauture and congrats to cinepax for being Pakistan's largest cinema network
slow response app, simplicity were the better option instead of animated scrolling, no option found for login, how can I check my membership points, your website also have no option for the same, disapointed
What the hell? Updated your app today. it wasn't working yesterday and its same even after updating it. Stuck on Cinepax start screen. No help from your helpline as well (for showtimes) When are you gonna fix it?
I have asking for password reset since 2 months on the feedback form in the application but no one is replying on that. If you people don't check it then why u have given it. Provide me the solution.
The app was working just fine till this after noon, now it's just showing this error "Data not found" Fix this issue otherwise it's of no use.
Whenever you try to revert to the previous page, it takes you back to the homepage. Plus, they charge extra for each ticket for advance booking through the app.
I tried to call the UAN number provided in app (Hyd.) they put me on hold from last 8-9 minutes, until i got fed up and disconnect the call. I don't think Cinpeax is a PTCL office where we have to wait that much just for a inquiry.
it's good app but it's not working properly from few days. It's showing that data is lost or something. plz take care of that problem
DONOT use this app to pay for tickets. You get an error but you get charged anyway. Pathetic quality of software. OK if you are just browsing
Very bad because of your low link ever. Whenever I used to try book seats I ever face low link by your side. Please improve your online booking quality till then its very late. Thanks
Worst app ! Booked a movie from "NOW SHOWING" and ended up having tickets of that movie 5 days from the booking day. Why the hell they put that movie in "NOW SHOWING" if u are not going to show till nect week.
Cant even purchase 2 tickets for Avengers 3D.WHENEver i insert details about my card it says "Bank declined the transaction" plz fix it. Would have given 0 star if there was a option.
if you can't run app properly then shut it down. app is not working fine. remaining seats to book not showing
Use some brain you useless developer this is 21 century and you still don't have any type of good interface amd attractive experience just search on google other apps who those are used in usa, Canada!

app does not match their movie timing last night i was agressive on your app because the movies showing on app was not available on cinema 😤😤😤 and now i m going to uninstal this useless app
Whenever i try to select the seats i cannot click on the seats for booking. Tried restarting the app but didn't work

The app does not work. It does not allow login to buy tickets, does not allow reset password. It is practically impossible to buytickets online. Even the feedback option is not working. Cant understand the purpose of making an app and a website if they are not going to work.
