I got kicked out of the app and now just keep getting an error message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it didn't help. I left a message for the tech department of Cinfed last week and still haven't heard back from anyone. Very disappointed.
The app is amazingly convenient and easy to navigate. Makes banking a hassle free experience. The fingerprint scanner to log in gives me peace of mind and works great. Love this app.
The Android version for this application is broken. The IOS version works as expected after the application upgrade 2 to 4 weeks ago. Android end-users cannot use this application until the developer fixes the Android version.
It services its purpose far as looking for atm's nearby branches and transferring funds. But I wish they include your credit card summary with the checking and savings on your app. You have to login the website instead. besides that its 👌
I'm not near a branch anymore, so I need a way to deposit paper checks I receive. I am able to do that so I don't care about any other features. I try to do as little banking on my phone as possible. I do it from my desktop computer. For the person who said this doesn't work at all, make sure you already registered at the website to be able to use the app.
Having Much difficulty to get the new Cinfed mobile app to open. Have uninstalled the old app. Have spoke with Cinfed person but still get error message. Most Aggravated.
Worked fine up until about 2 weeks ago. Today is 02/10/2021. Now I get "Unexpected Error" every time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and did not help. Same error. Using Android app.
This app needs to catch up to other banking apps. Very limited available information and applying for Photo Check Cashing is awful. As of right now, it says the app is no longer supported Jan 28th, 2021
I cannot launch the app to report a problem. When you try to open the app, an error message appears stating a problem has been encountered.
Never works continuously get the same error message "WARNING We're sorry but we've encountered an unexpected error..."
Navigation is optimal!!! Much easier than it's online or call in counterpart

I've never had a problem with this app. It's always been easy to use and a simple set up. User friendly.
Fingerprint login saved me from my fat fingers. Its easy to use!
I have been trying to access the APP for a month now and it's been down the whole time.
Good app however when i clicked to open it, it just says warning forbidden
"Error has Occored", "Error has Occured", "Error has Occured", "Error has Occured". This has been going on for weeks.

Unexpected error when trying to open app. I tried the app because the website experience is unusable. From the first step of setting up the account Cinfed has been a nightmare. I work the IT field. Avoid Cinfed at all costs. I also never leave feedback on anything and am an extremely nice and forgiving person. Cinfed has broken me.
