Honestly! The app sucks. The website is way better than the app. I rate it 0. Take the exact same thing as the website and just put it in the app. That's all you need to do.

Very useless App, the only thing I can do here is name Reservations. The app asks me to generate an OTP but nothing happens. Very useless App.

This application is completely useless. How developer brought it to market in such a state is unbelievable. This needa to be sent back to the lab. Everytime i log in it freezes and closes. it would have been nice if it offered the fill CIPC service like the website. disappointed.

not helpful - the whole point is to be able to register a business. ive only managed reserve names, no further options on the dashbaord that allows for me to continue. what a frustrating app and process entirely - I dont understand either how you the only company that caters for the entirety of SA. We in dire need of.more option - on the dashboard wooeheh.

I would give 0 star if I could. At login says I don't have a valid ID no. Yet no problem logging in on web

This App is useless and frustrating, there's only two options which is the Dashboard and Logout... U can't even apply for a name reservation... The dashboard has only 4 selections😕.... I just deleted it and went went back to the website because it's not helping. CIPC wasted money appointing this company to create the APP.... Useless!!!!

I wanted to track the status of my transaction but there is no option for that. The user interface is possibly the worst I have ever seen. The only positive I can see is the ability to register a new company though its only for SA ID holders

Only 3 functions to work on? Pressed the dropdown menu, pressed Dashboard then it logs itself out. Had to log in again. Dont you guys test the app on your own phones before uploading to the Store?

The CIPC website boasts a considerable and comprehensive selection of actions. Is there any reason the mobile app doesn't do the same? I Honestly downloaded this because I use cipc so much -I thought it would be CIPC on the go. Quite disappointed actually

The App need improvement,it can give name reservation but can't help in linking bank account... meaning we can't pay online. CIPC improve your house,we are living in digital period and technology isthe way to go. Wake-up.

Can't get passed the terms and condition dialog. File permission granted, pdf downloaded and viewed, tick box checked but still it wont remove the dialog box showing a message that says please view the terms and conditions

Same problem as the other complaint - I can't even log in to this app! What a bad job done here and to think I was excited I would save trips driving to Pretoria.

This app is useless because it insist on me reading the terms but it can't open the damn terms. It's a classic example of state capture otherwise how do you justify bringing such a useless app to market when it barely works? How much did you pay the stupid (mis)creator?

Since I have updated this app it's not working, it gives me 3 options what ever I press after that it take me back to login details. I need to extend the name it's expiring today what do I do now plz help.

Useless!! Been on it trying to do my returns for te past hour now! . also why is te app in DOLLARS & not RANDS.. Last step wich is payment keeps connecting till it crashes.. Mncimmm

Very disappointing. Cipc itself does not discriminate against passport users but his app locks out people with cipc accounts opened with valid passports and permits. useless app

Very basic app. I would not download this to replace using the website, you won't achieve much.

CIPC is initiating company services to the whole country but you tell me they provide us with this PATHETIC app??? it never get anything done,just logs itself off and is not responsive wow this is mediocrity at best was this app intended to work on Android?? if so then it was crafted and created by a lazy developer

Since I downloaded the app I've been stuck on 'Enterprise Details' it's not loading. Very frustrating

This is very useless, this thing is aumaticaly reloading itself while you busy filling up some information.

I thought the app had more than 3 functions, but some might find it convenient. It's a no from me.
