Very bad..its expensive and the system is flawed...I could not sign out and i ended up paying extra. I had to block my Credit card so that I am not charged. This has happened twice. The online support is very poor. Their turn around time is almost 8hrs. Any loss during that time is the customer's problem..this technology has to evolve. I would not recommend registering credit card.

Tried out the free offer. The scooter died after a few mins. The only support is available over the phone but the call drops before anyone picks up. Its very expensive at 1eur/4 mins. More expensive than cars I think! It seems if you stop for more than a minuite your rental expires and you have to re-enable it. The app is slow and broken. edit: they did try and call me back but I missed the call.

Pretty bad experience, on the way home(area covered as a parking space), using the only available route, the other one is super steep uphill climb and it would be impossible to use the scooter; the scooter started to slow down to a crawl without any messages or warnings from the app, absolutely nothing, then it stopped working. Throttle was malfunctioning, while thing just loose. Had to carry it 900 meters to a parking zone and they refuse a refund giving bad excuses. Just use Voi instead

I have a monthly pass (Star plan) and when i go to scan guess what.... they are asking me to top up my wallet before i can start the ride. its been now over 24 hours since i contacted support and its been two days ive been having problems with the app(other issues) and at this point im not gonna bother using after my pass ends. At first i didnt mind the extended time it takes to load the app, but after paying for a service and not being able to use. Let down, major let down.

disappointing customer experience. gave it a try but better save your time and money. scooters switch off during driving for no reasons. still geting charged, hotline not available. app frequently does not respond, soccers are on average 100-200 m away from what shown in the map. at least in Munich there are much better options.

I've charged 10€ for nothing (registering), but I've failed to ride - tried twice with different rollers, but each time I "slide to ride" - the Circ app hangs, and the roller is still blocked. Also, each time I switch between this app and my bank app - the Circ app reloads from scratch, asking me, what country am I now. 2gb of ram is probably not enough memory for this app, and this is kind annoying. Will increase to 2 stars, when get back my 10euro. UPDATE: I've got return after 10 min...

I have used the service a few times without problems. however, last time, the app did not recognize my active ride and I could not end it. Tried to call customer service in vain, but as I was late I had to leave the scooter. Then I received a charge of more than 20e without use of it (verifiable by the gps, as it was parked). I would like an immediate refund of this charge.

First ride started good. But when I wanted to end the rental, it just said "scooter not available. choose another". Called support and surprise surprise, nothing happened. Call just disconnected. Tried both english and german support. My 3 min ride turned into a nightmare. I eventually managed to end the rental after I restarted the app. They charged me for 12 min and I have no idea how to get my money back. Never gonna use this ^#&/@$%#& again.

1- Constant app notifications that you cant disable 2- Those notifications tell you about promotions and when you try to use then it doesnt recognize them 3- Charged me for a scooter I coulnd use, and i couldn't find a way to report an issue and cancel the 10 mins i was messing with that 4- although the app says the battery was at 50%, the scotter was much slower than other scooters, a problem when riding with others Overall, good idea, shooty implementation

Issue ending ride, seemed to work initially. Then 40 mins later the scooter started making a loud noise every few seconds. I checked the app and it said I was still connected, tried many times to end ride resulting in error message - that the team was aware of the error. Same error when using wifi and internet data. Then called customer service 5 times, but line was cut off when i selected to speak to an English speaker. Charged €17 short ride. Sent message to their Facebook no response. Bad app

I never got the chance to use your app because during the sign up there are, "Optional" things to choose that are not really optional. You can choose not to accept the "Optional" promotional material from Circ but then you can not continue until you accept the terms and conditions and doing so automatically accepts their promotional material whether you want it or not. I'm not willing to try a company that is trying to manipulate me from the outset.

Not a good service, first ride: the scooter didn't work and I needed to call support. Second ride: the gas button was broken so it didn't return to the original position (i.e. the scooter was always pushing forward) - very dangerous, I can imagine it could lead to an injury. App is very unstable and keeps crashing. Sorry.

Tried it in Zurich since Lime was not available. Horrible experience. The app and scooters were not in sync and commands to deactivate failed at first try. The app doesn't show the rate clearly and keeps guzzling money without even moving the scooter. These guys seem to be in a hurry to make a quick buck to make their investors happy and go public. Bad strategy! Removed app.

Ride was great. App works well until I needed to end the ride by swiping. It wouldn't let me do that and directed me to customer support. Customer support didn't pick up the phone and when asked to leave a message my call was ended before I could leave my message. I don't know if they even got the beginning of my message.

My experience with it was so bad .. the scooter i used was very slow and stopped suddenly after 17 mins but the count was still on!! I had to stop the count and restart again for no reason noting that i tried calling support number on the card with no luck as line was busy .. terribe experience and waste of both money and time .

So far I've had a very positive experience with Flash in Zug Switzerland. The scooters are a blast to ride and easy to operate. I've had issues with the scooters unlocking but it not registering on the app but I'm sure once they get through the initial hiccups on launch it'll be a great way to get around the city.

I have been charged extra on my card without my authorization. Have even raised complaint through the email, but never got a response from the team.. Very poor customer service.. I feel like I have been cheated.. I suggest everyone not to save the card details in the app. Their system glitches or whatever the reason, may cause you to lose your cash and precious time.

This application is perfect for people that don't have cars in Abu Dhabi. I used it for few time, but from the first ride I felt so comfortable using it, but the first thing I face is that I don't have mobile data. So why don't you make an offline mode for people like me, which will cause more joy and happiness for user with no mobile data. And second thing is that usually no much scooters next to my apartment and with low battery which is somehow annoying me. Thank you for the app.

pricing is fine. but apparently i wasnt charged for my first trip (but they did send me a receipt of a complted trip and payment) so therefore couldnt book my second ride. it asked my to comtact customer care, tired calling 5 times but literally no one answered. and they seem to have no email address through which i can contact them, really irritating.

Great e-scooters! the pricing (Germany) is overboard IMO. €1+€0.15/min. 30 min. = €5.50, 1 hour = €10. Please abolish the start up cost of €1. Furthermore, if you were to cut down the pricing to €0.10/min. you would gain even more customers! If I were to ride an e-scooter for 2 hours per day for one single week, I would be paying: €133. Two weeks would cost: €266. Three weeks would cost: €399. Four weeks would cost: €532 Wish the app could be started without GPS on when checking history etc.

Scooters are great. But when you go outside green area scooters some times stop riding but they keep charging for some time. And you can not end ride because you are in red area. Very unpleasent experience. App is also bugy. Freezes sometimes. Help service was not available (both english and german). Still a raw product

surprised at how easy it was to use. can see where the nearest scooters are on the map. map also shows where you can't park it (Vienna). scooters were easy to ride and went at a fairly quick pace. qr code easily identified the scooter, then unlock and go. would definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I used the scooters four times - twice they worked but overcharged because the app would not let me cancel the ride, twice the scooters did not move at all but they still charged me. The customer service, which usually goes straight to voicemail, told me that they would refund me for the two faulty scooters but they never did. They don't care about the customers or providing a good service, they just want to scam your money.

The scooters themselves are pretty great. However, had a no-lock issue where i ended up getting overcharged for a rental because I couldn't lock the scooter. Customer support was helpful though and helped me get my money back. Overall, their service is improving.

charged for nothing! after installing the app my credit card was charged without my authorization. After contacting them by email the money was returned but no explanation of the withdrawal. The app isnt very transparent.
