Brilliant start to entering a huge market. Things that are awesome about the app: UI is top notch. Things that you can improve on: Onboarding experience. Remove all the login steps from the start. Put it at the point where one is going to pay/top up. Leverage off FB. Allow people to sign in and invite friends via FB to their Chama on circle. If one doesn't install the app, enable the admin /user who created the Chama to be able to send reminders etc. To group members. Leverage off Whatsapp.
