Circle Invest: Buy & sell Bitcoin & digital coins

Started using the app and everything worked great transferring money from my back account for the first few months. Would transfer instantly. Now I can't get money into the app. Contacted help and they suggested that I delete the account and reinstall and it again worked for a couple of transactions and no longer works. They blame it on my bank, but I called them and they said everything is clear on their end. So something is wrong with depositing funds, etc. Can't do recurring buy's either. No answers and no resolution excpet to reinstall my bank credentials. Sorry but that is too much work just to deposit some money. I wonder how hard it will be to send money the other way?

Beware - It worked at first - was able to transfer funds from my bank into the app virtually instantly. However, after several months, transfers are denied. Cannot add any more funds. Tried reconnecting my bank account, but it is a no-go. Now my money is trapped in Circle Invest, with no way to access it. Avoid this app - there are other more reliable apps out there.

Great for passive exposure to crypto markets. Also, it is a great avenue for adding fiat into the market via USDC. Currently trading with 3 pairs on Poloniex, but its being added to other major exchanges. The coin is backed by the money you deposit, dollar for dollar. Would love to see an option to adjust the weight of assets in the collections.

excellent, but no private keys means you don't actually OWN any of the cryptocurrency you might purchase with this app. That's less than ideal, but on the bright side, this app makes it easy to purchase crypto to flip, but don't think you can actually spend or send any of "your" coins to any wallets using Circle. NP can do. I just use Circle as a quick way to jump in and out of a couple coins I don't have access to any other way.

i like the app's ease of use. had deposit problems early on but it was probably my smaller bank that was causing deposit problems. Has since then been rectified. would like to see ability to deposit/withdrawal BTC. I would do many more transactions here...mostly using Cash app now. I recommend this app.

I have been using Circle for 3 years now and although the app was sold to Voyager, my account never transferred over. Over the last few days I have been locked out of my account with no way of accessing my funds to transfer them out. I'll be contacting the FCC and Google. Google needs to pull this app from the app store asap.

I am taking away a couple stars for the unrealistic amount of time it takes to deposit and withdraw, and 2 more stars for taking a fee to withdraw money, only site I have ever seen do this, Really, they actually take a fee if you withdraw money, unbelievable! Back to one star!

simple, intuitive. great recurring buy options that allow for customized investing. would like to have access to each private key in order to move coins to a more secure location though.

I used the original Circle app (now Circle Pay) for quite a while to buy BTC before they changed it. However, I am uninstalling this app until they give me or let me use my own address or support transfer to / from other addresses which I can control. I am not going to trust them with money when I have no control over the address / wallet. Seems like another scam.

I deposited cash and after the fees and neverending fluctuations for BTC I realized this app offer what i needed it for so I withdrew right away, losing some money, but I guess that was my mistake. HOWEVER, the deposit and withdrawal occurred within a couple hours of eachother and about a week later, I STILL havent received my withdrawal of funds even though it took my money within a day or two and it caused my bank acct to overdraft! I also tried to re-dl the app and now it wont work!

Yes it does! It charges $0.10 to sell your cryptocurrency, a dime! Which is great in investing for training yourself to not jump around too much. For Fun start with $10.00. Buy early on a Monday and just watch how it flows, like the lines in a Zen garden. Just consider your $10.00 lost as an investment into an arcade video game that you get to watch others play. Don't buy and sell too often because there are only 100 dimes in $10.00, and you don't want to short change yourself. After a week you will be in love with this app too. Then you will really have some fun with it...

Works so far. Not very pleased with the 1% of total value at point of sale fee. But the guy seemed straightforward about it. I need to read over the email again so for now ill spare 3 stars. Functionality and everything has been great 1% charge outright for each stock as well. Maybe its just expensive im not sure.

The app does what it's supposed to. What are they has missing features such as being no way to buy and sell at limit. Currently, buying and selling is haphazard at best and simply gambling at worst as everything is done at market value. Without the ability of setting limits for your buys and sells, this app is simply not a viable investment alternative in the cryptocurrency market.

I really love this app. I invest $50 a month, set on a reoccurring purchase, for the market coines, which is 13 different coins. I like that this is a set and forget app that I can sell at any time if I wish too. With the potential of Bitcoin, and alt coins, it's good to know I'm slowly grabbing a piece of the pie without keeping track.

In my own opinion this app has almost everything you need in an investment app. I just bought $20 of $BAT tokens easily. I did my own research before my purchases. The Brave browser is awesome. Why? It's aligned to be a force in blockchain technology. Buy Basic Attention Token $BAT to hold for a while. This is not investment advice, but I consider @circle to be an excellent investment opportunity.

Great UI, ease of purchasing/selling, and ability to buy portfolios are major pros. No capability to actally spend or transfer the coins is a huge con, defeats the purpose of Crypto.

Idiotic app. Basically just used to buy btc but doesnt give you a wallet and you cant send to another btc wallet. You are not in control of the btc. Made the mistake of making a purchase to figure that out. Sold them right after buying them lost about 30 cents haha. Hopefully the money is added back to my account soon.

Its a good app except for the amounts of fees to buy and again to sell, depending on the coins price that could be the amount of fee but the higher the price of the coin the higher the price of buying will be and when you sell they will drop the price so at the end you end up losing

Closed my account for no reason, no explanation given. I've read through both the Circle user agreement, and the Circle Invest user agreement, & found absolutely nothing in there about restricted activity that I could have committed. My only 2 explanations at this point are 1.) I didn't update my previous address to my new address in time and that was some sort of BS red flag or 2.) Your app secretly collects information from my phone, and saw that I had a Bitcoin wallet Tor encrypted. (Samouri)

Not enough information about if one can use this legally in New York State. Also not enough information if one can buy Digibyte on this application with a credit card for storing as an investment that can be easily liquidated for USD.

Do you want to invest in crypto with no hussle? this is the app! Instant buy from a bank account with no fees and recurring buys as well. set up amd forget about it. Only wish for coimng updates ability to withdraw the coins without selling them back to usd.

Best app for crypto. you dont need to know all the technicals. just set it on recur buys. forgot password. no problem. these guys are the next paypal etc. need cash. then sell your assets. bout 5 day period to get your funds back to your checking.

typical back-and-forth of customer service with no solution to my problem. identity verification is a nightmare involving multiple apps, broken links, and condescending support ticket responses. I'll stick with Coinbase

This app does not work right I had been with circle for 3 years lately the app has not been functioning I have been trying to link relink banks with no success I have tried sending emails to Circle so many that I have lost track of how many with no responses so basically they have my investments that I cannot deposit or withdraw to my bank now I am thinking is it the app or is it the people at the help center after having try sending emails for over a month my next step will be to call Regulatory Agencies and policy-making politicians to see what can be done it's not right that these people take your money leaving with no off ramp to get off

I like the ease in purchasing crypto but no way to transfer purchases to external wallets? HUGE problem. Bring this feature in and ill regularly invest.....otherwise, i see myself deleting this soon....

Great app. Provides fast access to crypto fiat purchases with deposits from your bank account being completed within 30 minutes. Definitely my favorite app for buying crypto with fiat.

Do not use this app. I say again, do not use this app. They are cheats, and you don't own the coins. When youre ready to cash out they will hold your funds and even close your account while waiting on withdrawal.

not good for traiding. when buying you have to buy much higher than the market price. as soon as you buy your already in negative, so you have to wait and hope it goes up to the price you actaully paid for. i dont recomend

Not your keys, not your coins. You're not selling crypto if I can't withdraw it to an external wallet. Yes, I realize it's not supported yet and you don't have a timeline.
