I have the peanut butter pretzel offer on my phone and I'm getting a error message it's insecure and I need to update my app. No I don't I've already updated my app just the other day and it still won't work. I've called your customer service agents left 6 or 8 messages and no one has called me back. Another offer unable to get because of constant app issues.

Hot garbage. Since the start of the year, have been unable to redeem earned rewards...spoke with customer service and was told card has to be swiped before any items [didnt need to be before]. Tried it, still failed. Now I cant even earn points, got a new card and linked it, still not earning points. Contacted support, was told they'd get back to me. Last heard back on 5/3/22, have been to circle k twice since then, no rewards earned. App and rewards used to be fine, now it doesnt work.

It's a good app, but it would be a lot better if they ran more little contests etc. I liked the little rock, paper, scissors game a few weeks back that I played on there.

5/24/22 update. EasyPay card doesn't link after verified. The app should include fuel prices. It doesn't show your sip and save status. It's basically a useless app.

Only gives 2 grand prize entrees for 2-3 weeks so far It's still not letting me or anyone I know win even with the new game. Would not recommend.

Its a great app works well no buggs no hold ups i use it all the time n love the freebies they offer n coupons to boot they always send gas coupons also which is awesome

I love to buy coffee from there all there times, but the about rewards never add up the points from deals

You need to work on this app you don't even get fuel pricing and the rewards are not that great

I appreciate some of the convenience features offered by the app, but it's not entirely reliable. The holiday giveaway program, for example, is ridiculous (the app doesn't appear to update daily so some items are never actually available). If I'm missing something about how this is supposed to work, it sure doesn't tell me. Could be much stronger on communication.

Easy to use, nice layout that shows information clearly. Nothing is too confusing or hard to find. You can even find coupons for money off of snacks or drinks, or sometimes even for free! I have noticed occasional slowdown, but restarting the app fixes it. Great app, get it if you are a regular circle k visitor. I am there at least twice a day.

***UPDATE*** Got an EXTREMELY rude email response I sent about the issue. Guess what? I've deleted the app, my account & destroyed the card! 🖕 App has been having a LOT of issues lately. I had to uninstall & reinstall it several times due to a blank screen. Now, since the September 18, 2019 'bug fix' I haven't been able to launch the app. This is getting old! Also, the spin to win game ends on the 30th. Will those of us who haven't been able to access the app be given an extension on the game?

This app is faulty and does not record all purchases. If it work correctly, the rewards program would be worth my time. I know for a fact that I purchased more coffees and subs than what's recorded in the app. I have them scan my phone every time so obviously there's a problem. The cashier never indicates that there's an issue so the customers pursuing that everything's recorded as they walk away. This is not the case. The cards that they had once before were flawless.

Its okay but some of the deals are just enter for a chance not really a deal for the store. And it can be a little confusing. Would be easier to just have a coupon rather then having to open app and check in etc. For a possible deal. Also would be more beneficial for people if when they put their numbers in the deals would just pop up for us to select. The 2 dollar deal is good but never can tell when it is going to hit either. In store promotions are usually better then anything!

Great when it works. Very buggy. Sometimes the reward doesn't come up when you try to use it, but you lose it anyway. Sometimes the spin and won says you've won a drink, but the reward never comes. Poorly written app. - update - app is working much better now. lost connections are much more rare and no more lost rewards. enjoying the app much more now.

Never can get the deals that are offered. They offer free things occasionally, like energy drinks or snacks. But when I take the product to the register and hit the "redeem offer" button on the app and the clerk scans the barcode that pops up, it never discounts the item. The register shows I still owe the full price. App is a waste of time.

I have been using this app for over a month and I have won a few things on the span & win. I am in SC and never been able to redeem my spin & wins. I was in the store on Monday 6/10/19 and the app would not work. I went in to get a protein drink, there was a dollar off coupon and the coupon will not highlight for me to use a the register. I think the app needs a little more work because today the spin and win is not even loading. I'm getting a Web browser error. This has been going on for a week.

Rewards are great - when you can use them! The $2 rewards show up in my account, but for some reason not ever able to use them in the store. The clerk scans my mobile ID, but it never takes the $2 off my total! Please fix this!! I always end up loosing out on my rewards because it wont work!! Very frustrating!! Also please bring back "spin and win" loved playing!!!

Not what I was expecting. Pretty boring and laggy app, overall. Nothing overly exciting with deals in the area, and promotional items that are advertised in the store, aren't even advertised in this app. Maybe in the future, it will get more interactive. User interface and sign up/login, aren't difficult to use so, I gave it 2 stars.

app works great and all the circle k's I've been to are great. friendly employees and super clean. the only issue I have with the app is the spin and win. so far I've won 1 coffee and 3 polar pops but have yet to be able to use my coupons cuz they wont show up after I've won them. it's so frustrating! it really needs to be fixed!

I use to have nothing but positive things to say about this app. But with the last two app updates, I have had nothing but trouble. The previous update ended up blocking me from being able to redeem 3 Rewards that ended up expiring. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app that time around. And now with the latest update then on the 18th, all I seen was a red screen and it would not log into my account. And it even froze my phone. Once again I had to uninstall and reinstall the app.

When it works its awesome. Currently not letting me log in never have had that problem before but it seems that there is often some sort of issue. The perks and incentives to use the app are some of the best in the market with all kinds of freebies and discounts...now lets get a seemless user interface that works on demand and stop asking me to rate the app when im standing in line trying to use my coupon code.

A lot of the deals are for things I don't want/still too expensive. It would be appreciated if they didn't have so many energy drink coupons and focused more on things like snacks or slushies. The actual app does seem to work fine however but the UI is boring. At least the 7/11 app looks nice.

I enjoy the CIRCLE K app, very much. I've won some prizes from it. I have had issues with redeeming my prize. For some reason the app, (internet in general) doesn't work close to the store or in the parking lot. It has to be brought up on ones mobile phone close enough to the store, so it's on YOUR PHONE, since you can not bring it up when you're there. THEN a timer for 5minutes starts, so you hope & pray that you can get to store, get in store, & get to clerk in time. Sometimes I do not. :(

Liked ths spin to win feature, but that just ended today. I do think the deals and rewards are great just wish some of the rewards didnt need as many points to get a rewards, also would like the deals to change more frequently. Also have had a problem since the last update where my homescreen does not load and for some reason my app doesnt load rewards when inside certain stored. Will get service temporarily unavailable even though it was just working prior to getting to the store.
