Circle K Carwash

App never works. I can't even cancel my subscription because the app straight up doesn't open even after a reinstall. Don't download, you'll be stuck giving them money for nothing.

I purchased this membership with the 50% off 1st month. I was able to use the car wash as indicated on dicated only while using the QR scan code at the car wash entrance. When. When purchasing the car wash of course they of course they offer again the additional $2 extra protection to add to it. On my 4th or 5th wash I decided I would try the extra protection. It did not work using the QR Code. II requested a generated code for the car wash. The code when entered never did work. But charged me

I have not been able to open Coca-Cola free style for several days. When opening it displays technical difficulties try again later.

Couple of times it processed my car wash but never started the wash but still went thru on the app. And when I added more $ for the wash.

I have an Ultimate plan subscription and multiple days I have went too the carwash and I can't get a code and my app says no content available I have had too pay for 2 washes when I should be getting my washes with my subscription

Good deal - when the app works! Definitely makes sense if you need to wash your car very frequently. Update: App is broken, again. This app will not work for more than a few days before Circle-K breaks it again. Might re-join if service improves. Not impressed with the amount of problems I've had.

I was a bit reticint based on all the negative reviews. However I have a car wash near my house and it's a good deal so figured I'd give it a shot. The app could use some fine tuning but it worked as described. I was able to get a code and wash both of my vehicles. The only major issue I ran into is it prompts for your license plate when requesting a wash code. For my second vehicle I attempted to modify this so it was accurate but was unable to. It still let me wash the car though.

This asks for a phone number to give you a code for pricing, yet never arrives. Uninstaller this waste of time.

My issue with the app was billing. When I signed up I was supposed to get a free month of car washes. Called support because app showed an upcoming charge. Customer service rep claimed that deal was expired and offered half off a month. Canceled and deleted the app. Get a call from the manager, who actually seemed great. I was aparently supposed to get the free month after all. But, since I canceled and deleted my account I got nothing. Oh well. Just wanted to leave an honest review. Bad CS rep.

It took several tries to get a code. I was charged to upgrade the wash and given a code, but then the code was invalid when entered to use. Had to go inside to get a new code that didn't account for the upgrade wash and wait in the line of cars again after having already waited. So far, not off to a good start. 😕

Would be a good deal, if you could get your car washed easily. Just got stuck for 30+ minutes in a line, never got car washed. Long lines, when working. Save time and money and frustration by skipping this app.

Unable to use app. Message says "update app". Have tried Unable to update or use this app. Update; Circle K contacted me and notified me that they updated the app and that it was now working. I am very pleased with their service and as a result I changed my rating of this app. It is working very well and I appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you

Pay for the unlimited washes, app works 1 time in a week. Sounds rather fishy to me.

App is hot garbage. Trying to cancel, jlbut it just takes me to some admin profile with a supervisor code entry. I just canceled through PayPal instead. When it works and the car washes aren't broken, it's a good deal... However they are so few and far between that when one is broken I don't want to drive 10 miles to another one. Get new app devs circle k.

The app worked perfectly for me. I used the wash codes since using the camera to scan the QR code took me directly to the safe touch option which was not what I wanted (touch free it is). App only failed to recognise the location once. But closing and reopening it helped. My issue is with the actual car wash location not working. Which happened a few times after I got the code and reached the wash area to find it was put of order. Unfortunately I couldn't use that code at another location.

So frustrated - terrible app & service. Got code, didn't work at car wash - "Invalid Code" - so when I tried to enter it again, the code disappears from the app - no log anywhere of codes, so I had to use my second code for the day - tried that one, didn't work. Ironically, the main reason I got the app. is b/c I was getting ripped off by Circle K gas (card reader "can't read" card, go in prepay $60-$80, should get difference refunded to card - glad I checked, no refund & charged both - unbeliev

This would be one of my favorite apps if it worked. Sadly, it does not. The store where I downloaded it is not on the selection list so that's as far as I got. Maybe it should have stayed in Beta a bit longer. I don't care to talk on the phone with anyone about it, I just want it to work. Let me know when it does. Until then, no more Circle K car washes for me.

Works good, had to drive around the fuel pumps for the app to recognize I was at the location. Then request a code and the code was given. I had issues with the app and called customer service, they were extremely helpful and helped me get the app to work for me. Definitely worth it.

Got charged for nothing. I signed up for unlimited car washes, i go to the car wash, and the machine asks me to enter the code on the app. I enter it and it takes like 5 min to process only to eventually go "sorry payment type not accepted" or something to that effect. I then go to start over and enter a new code. Same thing. Then it says "you have exceeded your wash code per day" and my car never got washed. I got charged for absolutely nothing. Massive waste of time & money

Worthless. Saw a sign at the store for buy one get one free car wash. Downloaded the app. Tried to use it for a car wash and kept getting an error saying I had to be at the store to get a wash. I was literally at the car wash entrance. It wouldn't work so I drove all around the store. Never worked.

App used to work, now it doesn't recognize my information. Tried Uninstaller and reinstalling, but with no success. In order to use carwash (which is paid for already) had to pay additional $$ in order to use. Not happy. Stuck on register cell phone and choose location.

Freezes when you try and get a code every time!!!!! You Have to uninstall and install app every time. There you go circle k fixed it for ya. More specific? Don't use this place for washes!

The only part of the app that works is the payment portion. Once you pay, it starts having errors. If you send an email to them, they say they will get back to you in 5 days. Today is day 7 for me and no reply. Still have yet to get a car wash and I suspect I never will.

This subscription is trash. It rarely provides a wash code so you are literally paying for nothing. There's no other way to get the wash code. Just leave cash in the circle k parking lot and drive away once a month. Same thing.

Asks to update then goes to install/open. Press open, then it asks to update. Over and over again. Cant use it now. Yesterday it took like 20 min at car wash holding up everybody because you press continue and it just goes back to not giving the code and having problems

Both carwashes in my area are closed. Feels like a waste of money if you can't actually wash your car. It would be nice if the app at least told me they were down so I didn't waste my time driving around town. Or if it could tell me how long the wait when it's open

Three locations in my area and every car was is closed, every time, every location. What a waste of money, time, and gas!

Keeps telling me I need to update the app to continue to use it but there is no update in the app. I tried uninstalling it and re-installing the app but nothing is working. Please help! I pay for a subscription I can't use! This is not fair!

App won't even let me buy subscription. Edit: After calling customer service they made a ticket to try resolving the issue by the next day. It's been 3 days with no response.
