I've had a great experience with this app. I've had many providers use telehealth software and this was by far the clearest audio and visual I've seen. My provider is helpful and friendly. I don't struggle with technology much and I'm sure that plays a part in my ability to use this
I'd give 3 stars because I really just wish they accepted more health insurance companies. And/or lowered the price. I have enough bills to pay each month. Having to pay every month is really Hard but I need the medication. I have to sacrifice a different bill each month in order to pay for the video apt. I thought I'd only have to pay the 1st time and I'd be set. Not recurring every month. Esp. not that price atleast... Make it $50 and it would be so much easier and better for us struggling...
I am incredibly satisfied with this telehealth service and app. The chat feature is great and saves a ton of time dropping them a message when I need to vs barely managing to call an office during normal business hours and not during lunch hour (ugh). Highly recommend!
The provider is great but the process is a mess. They consistently mess up the prescriptions. They are slow to fix problems. The support personnel are completely untrained and have no idea how to respond to issues. They told me they called the pharmacy at 11pm at night and no one picked up. Then they just didn't follow up. It takes weeks to fix issues. Honestly it's a good concept with horrible execution.
The idiots forgot to make the keyboard show up when it asks for the MFA code - and email verification is broken - so the app is completely useless. Way to go, morons.

This is the best telehealth app ever! They've helped me when I was sick, helped diagnose and treat ADHD, anxiety and depression, even when I have a stomach bug and can't hold down fluids, you set up an appointment, and if your primary dr on there isn't available that day there's plenty of others that are! I saw a dr at 9:20 PM last night and help establish what was wrong and what to do and prescribed me nausea medicine and told me to take Tylenol they were really helpful I'm eternally grateful!
A lot of the negative reviews seem to be due to user error. Provided that the setup process goes smoothly, the app is great. I went in for an ADHD evaluation and was able to get a same-day first appointment within my state, and a follow-up shortly after. They were thorough in their assessment, and I was then prescribed medication which was immediately sent to my pharmacy and available for pickup the same day. Overall, pretty user-friendly, efficient, thorough, and effective.
Had a great experience with the Doctor I chose. Local doctor did not believe in Adult ADHD and Circle Medical does and has specialists. Great app, great doctors, great customer service, just overall great!
I've been using this app for a couple of months. Adding my preferred pharmacy was easy. I like that I can see my meeting summary after every session. Thank you!
So I had a lot of trouble at the beginning of getting SMS code entered in but finally got it when I do get into everything it gives me prices without insurance and at the very top says fix insurance and when I click on it it takes me completely out of the app and won't let me fix my appointments at 1 PM today so we'll see if everything goes good as far as that goes and clarify with them that this will be charged under my insurance and not me
The app will not send the code. I am being sent around in circles. The off keeps hanging up on me.
Great app and service never any issues. Multiple devices over the last year.
App was unable to connect to my appointment correctly. On a fiber Wi-Fi connection, 3 feet from signal, and internet working fine on my home computers connected same way. It was frustrating not being able to meet with the doctor and get the help I need. It was also very frustrating not knowing what's next. Were they going to call me back, were they going to reschedule, what is the expected time frame, etc... I do not recommend this app, for now. Maybe I'll come back and update this later.
The app works okay when it decides to. Good luck getting technical support, all inquiries get ignored. Costs are obscured so you can't see what you're actually paying for. If you respond to surveys be prepared to have people cold contacting you to explain why the app is super great & you're just using it wrong instead of actually providing support. All communications are async (they'll get back to you when they feel like it) but is through a chat interface, so don't expect to have a conversation
Badly bugged app; can't even finish enrollment...
Won't pull up keyboard so you can put in the text confirmation code, this thing is buggy AF
Can't even get logged in, won't send me a confirmation email, there is no customer support. This is completely worthless
The app does not work had the hardest time getting it to load could not get it to take the information that was being inputted. And that people or robots that run this site do not return call too assist with Issus I had to give a 1. But I give them a big fat ZERO
So far, so good easy to set up. I do believe the app needs some work for more control. My doctor is great for helping me with my needs. She would get 5 stars.
I didn't realize I'd need an app for the appointment, and now it won't work so I can't get to my appointment. Cost me hundreds because a stupid app can't input a six digit sms.
App doesn't send codes and keeps looping back to play store. Extremely frustrating.
The app is extremely glitchy. Often it simply will not work. If you message Circle Medical, they do not reply.
So far so good. Better than expected. Called 6 local doctors for an appointment and still not 1 callback. Circle Medical I've already had an appt and scheduled my 2nd.
Can't open the app. I loved it until I couldn't use it. Wish I could talk to my doctor instead of staring at the startup screen forever. I did try uninstalling and reinstalling and there's no updates needed.
Super expensive, and no one even responds to my messages... Watch out- they will charge you $200 for follow up visits. Total SCAM
I tried to use it to book an appointment and it didn't completely install the first time. Then when it did, it got stuck on the intro screen. So I guess it is like a modern Dr.'s office including the broken app.
Very poor service. The app itself is designed well the problem is the how the service is provided thought this app. If you need to get a form faxed to a circle you rely on people that service the app and that service is terrible. They respond to you in 30+ hours. There is no one to call. A PA made mistake on my prescription and it's a nightmare to fix by going back and forth with their service The idea behind the app is great, but the execution is terrible!
The app has never worked for me. I never received the code
I keep getting rmails that ive recieved messges that have a link to the app but the app doesn't have a way for me to access my messages. I canceled my appointment and it still told me I was missing my appointment. I canceled more than four hours before. Fortunately I didn't put my credit card number in, so hopefully I won't get charged... so frustrating.
