The only people who are rating 1 star are those with ID confirmation issues, and Im not sure what it is for them but it worked for me on 2 separate occassions AND for a friend of mine. There are no fees for transactions, it's secure from all I can see, and I'm happy with it everytime I use it. Even when I had to change my number, Jane from customer support was super helpful, got my ID verified quickly, and I even got to choose what gift the company gave her as a reward after I gave her 5 stars💕

The app signed me off and when I try to sign in with my account it asks for a code that I have never received by text message. I click on the resend button but never received any text. Could you please check your servers and see what we (it seems like I am not the only one) are having this issue? Other than that it usually works perfectly.

Been using Circle for ages with only minimal problems, always been able to cash out without a problem but as of last night, they've stopped sending me verification text messages to cash out. Payments are still being accepted into my account but I can't move them to my bank. Contacted customer support last night and a few times today, no response whatsoever. Think I've been robbed!

I made a mistake when signing up, I typoed the wrong email. Now I can't fix it because the website won't allow me to progress to fix it because it is saying I need to verify the wrong email. On top of that, they do not offer phone support so I have to wait which is extremely dangerous due to info leak. Highly frustrating and discouraging.

Out of all the payment apps, this is by far the worst. Someone sent me money and before I could use it they had me verify identity, which I did. But a day after having money in my account waiting to use it, they close it and email me to say the funds have been returned to the sender. All for nothing. If I were you I'd stick to Venmo and Cash app. This app is 0/10.

Use it to transfer money to and from family between UK and US. It was so simple and fast to set up, works almost instantly and is completely free. Works smooth never had any problems, can't recommend this app enough.

Easy to send and receive money. The only thing that bother me is the verification , i don't have option or way to edit to use my email instead of phone number. I didn't put my phone number and now i need to have that in order to proceed my transaction more than $30. Trying to contact circle pay customer service but until now i didn't hear any reply on my email.

I got a new phone and downloaded the app entered all my information correctly and my account had gone up for review. Tried calling but for some reason they dont have any customer service via telephone and thats beyond me. I have no way to contact anyone personally and to sit around and wait for a computer generated email in order to access my account is unacceptable.

Best app out there ! Extremely user friendly, simple, immediately transfers without a fee ! Can have it from their bank account to my circle account to my bank account in literally 2-3 minutes. Use it all the time ! Thanks for this, it was needed! Circle pay > PayPal all day .

You can add money immediately for free when you link your debit card. No waiting sending or receiving. GIFs are available if you want to send money with a little visual for the transaction. It's widely used. Good for friends and services. Good luck.

Pretty much got given the wrong email address given to send money to. when explaining to the customer support they pretty much said they can't do anything regarding a refund. what kind of a money transfer app has no safety net for the money transferred incase of errors made, only used it once and been a very poor experience

their system log me out of my account I could not get back in they offered no way of assisting me with transferring or accessing my funds they kept giving me the runaround. the app is supposed to be free but so far it cost me $161. after filing several complaints and asking them if they could transfer my funds and they told me no they could not they finally sent a link to my phone but just before they sent that link I looked at transaction it said I had cashed out and I couldn't have cash out

beware scammers do not download this app if you have money in there longer than an hour or two they will lock you out of your account.you will never be able to get back in and they will tell you and an automated email that once a transaction is initiated it cannot be canceled calls back or anyting you or the person you sent the money to will never get your money. I've been going back and forth with them for the past few months about two transactions that I've made sending people money.

This app is terrible they made me create a new account just to hold my money for no reason and said 3-5 bussines days. I've been emailing for 4 days and no response. They Froze my account as soon as the money entered into it. I already tried at circle help email and nothing. i just wanted my money so I could get to work. I've missed so many days this app wasn't worth it. No help at all. The only reason I put a star is because I have to . I rate this app as bs.

it's was a very good app to use both for messaging and money transfers. as far as I know its closed now for money transfers a little surprised to see it still in the play store.

I've used this app now for a few weeks to receive money and had flawless transfers to my bank account. until today today the app has my account in review and I can't access the money that was sent to me what's upsetting me the most is I was really counting on that money. so my recommendation is before you have money sent to you on that account make sure you have access to your account other than this issue I would have given it five stars.

Oh yeah this app will take your money and any information but when it comes to verification before taking the money the app doesn't do that. Then when it won't verify you it's hell getting your money back. Customer service can't read and do not help when this happens so if the person doesn't pick up the money you won't get it back and can't cancel if it doynt verify you which it won't do till after you try to send some money. Don't use this app their a scam.

It has been our family's experience that Circle Pay is fast, reliable, and convenient to use in lieu of cash. The excuse of no cash no longer works when you owe your parents money! Our daughters introduced us to Circle Pay and they probably wish they hadn't by now lol. We have not experienced any problems whatsoever, and we've been using it for quite some time now. We highly recommend it.

Multiple pictures of my driver's license and face shouldn't be required to send and receive money. Way too much personal information to be sending out when plenty of other apps have the same features with less info required.

Downloaded app, quick setup, sent a friend $50.. She received a text message with a link, opened the link, typed in her debit card # and instantly received the funds. works great! I was using FB pay but I actually like this a lot better, plus its free.

Awful, don't waste your time! Worked fine two times, now getting an error cashing out, and being fobbed off it is my banks fault (?!) even though I have confirmation from my bank it is not them. Support are useless and reply once or don't bother reading what you have told them so they just fob you off with more rubbish. Effectively I have money stuck in Circle which I will probably never get so if you want your money stolen, choose this app!!

Hands Down one of the most ass-backwards money apps out there, not sure why I need to verify every f***ing step of the process but its cumbersome and annoying. No secondary "2Step Verifications," so not sure what you do when your phone has no f***ing service. In a word, shi**y. Deserves 0 stars, or negative if possible.

I would have given 5 stars until the new "Scan your Drivers License BS!!!" I couldn't even return the money sent to me with out first Scanning my drivers license! REALLY NOT HAPPY ATM! There should be an option or alternative. It should be made known WHY you all of a sudden need My Driver's License. And for proof of ID is invalid for so many reasons! I was able to login with out " proof of who I am." ( Just to start)

someone stole my phone and wallet, used this app to send funds out of ny card. I contacted support and received a generic response that "it must have been me because it asks for a sms text"... it was stolen... so yea they were able to verify my account using that feature. Now my account is closed out of nowhere because I reported this? what kind of service is that ..

I'll be very clear. Do not use this app with someone you do not know and trust. Once a transaction is completed there is nothing that you can do or Circle will even try to do to help you. With PayPal at least there is some attempt at curbing fraudulent behavior. This seems like a foreign concept toCircle and they just point to their help that states only use the app with people you trust. You are the fraud protection. Account setup is difficult, cash out and deposit timelines are ridiculous.

I was thinking of downloading this app and using it but after what happened to my friend i wont you need to have customer service phone number where they can call to resolve their technical problems my friend cant log on to her own account or to take out money because it doesnt allow her to sense yesterday and she put to the resend button to change her password but never gets a code or message from you guys need to put more attention to the people who use this app if you give good customer service you will have more people using your app just saying

my experience has been the worse for no apparent reason my account has been under review since December 20th ,2018. I've sent 2 messages with no response. They are holding the money my daughter sent me for Christmas. Per their own policy review shouldn't take more than 1 to 3 business days and it has been more than 2 weeks. Very unresponsive and unprofessional.
