Great, though waited quite long fr de result during tis period of times. Worth it as u really get to kno more of ur own DNA, so as u really cn start to plan or change ur lifestyle. Especially ur diets. Save times, easy n super convenient. 😊💞👍

Laggy, too much memory used, would rather use on desktop site.

I've entered all my email but it's invalid email. Can't enter anything to apply account or login(although I've account already)

This app is awful. I had to enter my birthday at least 5 times. It failed that many times because you can only go backyards by month. So to change the year you have to click it 12 times. Crashed when it tried to read my qr code so I had to redo my profile. Awful considering how much you are paying for the kit

At first it was OK. After the latest update late September 2019, we couldn't log on. Tried changing password, reinstall, clear cache etc. Didn't work, please fix. Otherwise, it's pretty.

There is a bug. And I cannot open the app

Have been trying unsucessfuly to book a genetics consultation appointment - always all booked for month ahead.

The app per-se is ok. I was just disappointed by the over details of the test results ..for 400 euros really I was not a lot more wise on what I should or should not eat. Or what I should be paying attention to.The details are very very superficial and not that insightful. More like general like a template

App cannot log in. Tried "Forgot password" function and i get the message that verification code is incorrect despite it being the one that was sent to my email. Log-in on website wihe same log-in details no problem.

For those who are struggling with selecting your birth year, click the year at the top of the box that comes up. This will allow you to tap your year rather than going through all the months manually. Same for months as well.

It says new version available each time I installed the app, I created account, sent many reset links, kept same code, whatever I do in the app, it says email or password is incorrect, please help me

For premium price tag they should have better customer service and system. I have been dealing with this company 5 months. Unsolved technical error, no promised follow up email after health councilling( most likely cause of error), no slot for genetic counselling over three months, i am fed up. Currently i feel like i have been conned/robbed, and there is noone answering their head office in hong kong.

App again crashes with this latest updates. Appreciate if you could look into providing a more stable and consistency platform. Thanks.

New updates log me out and can't log back in no matter how many times tried, password changed, uninstalled and reinstalled. Hopefully it can be fixed before my results comes. Thank you.

Useless. Impossible to log in with correct email and password. If you try to reset the password it rejects the verification code they send you

Date selection for birthday is not friendly for older people like me. I have to back for 40 years x 12 months to select my birthday. I haven't tried the overall app yet as I just purchased the test kit.

The barcode could not be registered. Their package design is so stupid in gene that everyone could register ur barcode even if they do not purchase it, coz the code is print outside of the box directly!

Unable to login to view report. Entered the verification code sent to my mail, but verification code is not valid?! I entered the code immediately when i received the email.

Terrible, it frequently updates and resets my login user I'd and password, when I try to change password and put the 4 pin verification code, it says error!! So how do I get back my login to check my reports?

I would give it zero if I could. Can't register products can't login to app. Very expensive box at the moment ... Appalling

Unable to access full report under summary report. Link is broken. Please fix it. For such a premium price, infomation given is very limited. Disappointing

Clear reports and a well designed product. Would be good if the had a deeper ancestry breakdown for western countries.

Useless reading of dna! Better pay to see fung shui master! The app can't remember login information everytime after update!

Won't let me submit my verification code to verify my email in order to create account. Submit button is greyed out.
