Terrible, calls don't connect, have to force stop after each call otherwise the next call doesn't connect. Overall a shockingly bad experience and I'd suggest any business considering circuit does some proper testing before entering a contract. I'm not one for leaving reviews often but on this occasion, I as a user of over a year (not out of choice), but have now had enough!

Won't let me login and won't send me the email to reset password.

Generally a great app for calls, video, chats. Best feature is the easy and seamless ability to pull a call from your computer to your app (or vice versa). Harder to stay connected to the circuit app when on the move, and often takes a long time to establish a connection. When stable on wifi it is usually quite effective

Very bad experience of this app while using on laptop and mobile. While in conversation, suddenly it goes in reconnecting mode even though network signal is strong. So many updates are coming, still facing the issues. Not at all to use this App..

Since the latest update, my phone constantly alerts to the fact that circuit has a notification and if it disappears I might not get calls etc. I don't need alerted, even if this notification stays open like with other apps, I don't need to be alerted everytime I close circuit.

When it works it's ok. Sadly it stopped working some time ago on Samsung A70. It just hanging on the startup screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I cleared the cache nothing seems to work .

Initially I was having problem to login as a guest user, as Outlook is installed through the Work mode. Hence the link was not responding. Solution: Installed Chrome and Circuit from play store with workmode enable, and then tried to open the link. It worked 🙂.

Basic video conferencing works well. Several glitches when in landscape. Unfortunately no support for Samsung Dex. Would be great if the app would switch to desktop mode when in Samsung Dex.

This APP is Complete rip off, you can't use it without paying monthly, no option for free access on the Android, on my Samsung A50. I Just missed a really important meeting, the help line is useless, never even got through, tried for hours, just keeps hanging up. thanks circuit!

The slowest app i have ever seen. Everytime it's the same story either you are disconnected automatically or you are thrown out of the call conference or you cannot unmute yourself. I don't recommend this to anyone. Waste.....

Unstable. Get thrown out mid conference call back to the login pages that then requires reauthorization via corporate server. Very frustrating. Also unable to get bluetooth audio to work, players via speaker.

Doesn't stay connected well in the background, drops connections on wifi when the signal is strong, constantly logs out and requires OTP authentication to get back in. Very slow to launch and open, meetings in progress dont always show up.

Doesn't work on Samsung A70S with latest os. App doesn't load at all. I figured the fix myself. Go-to settings, app settings, allow all permissions manually n restart the app n login again.

Application is not working, after firmware update(OFFICIAL and NOT ROOTED) it refuses to run with "your device is rooted" like message... But it keeps showing incomming messages content in status bar...

Advertised with a Free Trial option which you cannot acces/find. There is Zoom which is Free and the entire world is using with very little problems. No thank you Circuit.

Sometimes you just can't make call, usually the time you really need to. I call dial pad is not a thing but is should. In desktop app, the mic is not working properly.

Doesn't work with Plantronics headsets. Switches constantly between BT earpiece and phone speaker. Unusable as a result. Works with other brands of BT headsets.

Really poor connection and hardly ever opens. Call ring is really delayed as well. Worst is sound quality. Callers cannot hear at all. No stars if I could.

The app crashes when someone shares their screen in a conference bridge. Please fix the crashes. It has been happening.

It doesn't reconnect when I switch mobile data to WiFi or vice versa. Also it doesn't connect when data turned on from offline mode

Excellent app. I can have major technical meetings from my phone now complimenting my company in their collaboration plans for the future. I tried to use whiteboard feature but don't think the mobile version has it

Circuit sends notifications to my phone, but when I try to read it prompts me to sign in? If this is my phone, why do I need to enter password 3 times (1. when login to my phone, 2. when entering das id/pass, 3. pin from sms. Why are notifications sent to my phone at all if app doesn't trust me/my phone?

Not getting otp. At cruicial times it logs us out as password not correct or update required dont know why .. But then it takes process to set new password. I am waiting for hour for otp sms .. tried 10 times

When share screen using my LG V10 : Unfortunately system UI has stopped :( Please kindly need support, thank you. But overall liked it, last desktop release with permanent share control is awesome!

This App is totally useless on mobile... I can sign in on my pc and laptop but not on my mobile. I dont recommend this App for mobile. better use MS Team rather than this App... such a waste of time and effort putting credentials but keep failing every single try.

"Circuit notification service" pops up and alerts everytime that I move to a different application. Really annoying.

Very worst and poor application. I found so many issues while I had a interview with atos technology. I suggest not to use this application.

I am disappointed so far, as I am unable to log in with use of one time password. The application is lock itself in never ending loop of login screan.
