I'll change it back to 5 stars once this is fixed, because this app is amazing, been using it for almost two years :) With the new update I'm not able to switch the order of the stops without it re-optimizing everytime. I understand wanting to have the path there, but being a delivery driver with upwards of 200 stops a day, I need it to be quick when I'm reordering stops. Also, the ability to reorder stops from the list would be absolutely amazing.
Horrible. The second time I used it, entered all the information the day before the route and had it ready to go. That morning they turned on an ad to upgrade to the $20 plan, with no way to remove it from the screen! It blocked the entire view of the route! The whole route was useless! Wasted my time and still ended up using paper! Trash. Find something else.
Been using Circuit Premium for over a year now, it's most definitely my favourite route planning app by far. But I wondering if there was any chance of a PC version being released in the near future. I know it's very simple app to use on a phone or tablet but I was hoping for a PC version. I've been recently using my PC more than usual. And thought it would be good to plan routes online and sync with my phone. Would this be possible or something already available that intergrates with Circuit.
I organized a yearly book drive at my college to get books to incarcerated people and circuit makes picking up the off-campus donations from the surrounding community so much quicker and efficient. I Googled looking for something like this. my only beef is that the app-to-map is a bit clumsy and I wound up with a variety of ways things were being displayed, actually wound up having pull over to navigate between apps at one point, but it still saved me so much time and effort. glad to have it.
This app is phenomenal!!! I occasionally need to drop off work for projects. I never thought I needed it until last night. I was up and running in less than 5 minutes! Very easy to use and intuitive. The only issue I had is the connection with Waze suddenly sent me through Alleys to reach my destination. I never drive through Chicago alleys! I just canceled in Waze and entered the address myself. As far as I'm concerned it's still a five-star app!
When I tried to use this app first stops were extremely easy to set up, but i noticed a flaw. If the map dosen't have a house number it will not add it to the route but instead find the closest house that does and add that instead. If there is a newly built house then it won't add correctly and you cant move the pin. If there was a way to manually set a pin instead of automatically "correcting" it this app would easliy get 5 stars, but this makes it hard to use effectively. Please fix this!!
The app is good but 2 suggestions: when you import a KML file, don't delete the previous stops or give an option for add or replace (I export a group of pinned points from Google MyMaps in several files and can't add the files to a route because of this replacement). And the ad to purchase the app is annoying. I can't use the calculated route
Used to be fine, recent update added huge mistakes. A recent update makes it so when it starts routing through Waze it uses GPS instead if the address this now often makes it so I'm taken to the wrong side of houses or businesses which adds anywhere from 5 to 20 minute detours trying to get to the proper place. This never happens when I type in the address only when Circuit routes it out and this only started last week
Great app! I actually used this for car pooling my kids friends to the movies. I entered their pickup addresses along with the start (my address) and the final destination ( the movies). I then clicked optimize and the app automatically calculated total travel time and the most efficient route...BOOM! Highly recommend.
I just HATE when an app asks you for money without a trial. I pay for all the apps I like and use. I just spent an hour putting in 30 stops only for it to ask me for my credit card when I hit enter. You shouldve mentioned the limit up front. I get the devs need to make money and support that, but for God's sake let us try the app before you start asking for our information. And no devs, paying entering our credit card info for a free 7 day trial is not better. I went to another app.
It would be nice have to have an option to add stops with additional numbers like 1+,2+ or 1*, 1**, 2*, 2**. Sometimes after importing file and putting all numbers on boxes the boss brings few more boxes and you don't wanna add anything because it will change all numbers of stops and you would have to rewrite numbers on boxes. Otherwise you have to keep these additional boxes in memory.
This is a very useful app, but it needs a lot of work to be worth the $20/month subscription fee. The ETAs are woefully opti.istic, even if I were to break the speed limit by a significant margin. The routing is generally good, but not 100% of the time. If this were $10/month, it might be worth it, but at $20, it's a drain on my wallet.
I would love to rate this app 5 stars but there are few changes which I would like to be added. Android user: The camera function to snap address instead of typing manually. And the QR scanner option when scanning barcodes. Also the voice input for the address will make things easier. With those functions I would add 5 stars to your app. Apart from that it's an amazing app.
The app is a little difficult to learn (otherwise five stars), but very powerful once you get used to it. If you visit multiple places a day this app will coordinate with your GPS not to avoid traffic and optimize your route for efficiency and deadlines. I highly recommend.
It's a good Route planner but what i hate about it is that it removes some of my routes that i had add before. I thought that it was my error, maybe i forget to add it but with multiple times using this application i was sure that it remove my routes on purpose and lost valuable time. The devs need to work on this bugg. I was expecting an excellent application since we the consumer are paying top dollar for this application, it's truly unfortunate.
For the most part this is a great delivery route app. But lately it keeps on freezing up. And thats not a good thing when you are in area that you don't nothing about.
When importing addresses from a pdf file, addresses are missing every time. Other than the inconvenience of having to read through and find the missing address, this app is great!
good app, wish there was a way to program avoiding toll roads in the planning. Also would like previous deliveries to the same address to be able to be retrieved via a save or load button, rather than entering all the info from scratch
Just got a Google pixel 6 The app has an ad to get the premium version but the ad won't go off my screen. So now I can't use the app. I had this app on my previous phone and had no issues before
Great app overall but recent update has me confused. How come I'll add let's say 50 stops but it'll then say 48/50 and for some odd reason not account for a few of my stops?? It never did this before. Also, I don't like how it adds in ASAP without me telling the app this. Seems to be another issue from most recent update.
This app COULD BE AMAZING and super helpful! Address importing is inaccurate and unreliable. The only accurate way is to type everything manually. Auto mode will process a complete address you tap on and import it with the wrong CITY and STATE. Example, I tap on 150 Main St in Chicago, IL. It automatically opens it in New York, NY!! 😂🤬 You can't edit it after either, you can only delete that address added to your list of stops and try again. Same issue. Once fixed, I'll be stoked and on board!
When it works it is awesome! When i set the start time for a route ... it ignores my setting and thinks i am starting now. However I only use it once every 3 months so I use the free version.
The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is options for delivery (front door, back door, garage...etc), would really help when a customer calls in saying they can't find their package, sometimes they don't call for days, it would be nice to be able to go back and see where I left it.
Useful App for courier work in areas you dont know... Some improvements id suggest... ability to add a stop and then move it to a place in the sequence manually...ability to go back to a previous optimization sequence...add a stop "optimally" to an existing sequence so entire sequence does not change...the way i use the app is I put all my stops in, do the optimisation, then load my van accordingly... so I never really want to run the optimisation a second time cause it can throw everything out
It helps me a lot. There are some things about it that I don't like, because it's actually created for delivery drivers and I'm just a mom.. There needs to be a simplified mode for just regular people with errands to run!
Awful experience. Got my route all messed up and out of order when "optimized". The $20 for a monthly subscription is horrid. It's not even worth $5 just to own it. Should be free, and even then I wouldn't use it. On top of all that, it uses other apps just to map things. Just use Google Maps and save money and time.
Was great first time I used it. Only time I used it. After first time I got a pop up to start 'free' trial and I can't get past it. So, basically you have to buy this app.
I am going to lose my mind with frustration over this app. It won't optimise without saying "networking error, check connection" every single time. I have two SIM cards with perfect 5g signal I have no connection issues. I've restarted the phone, uninstalled and re-installed the app multiple, and now I cannot continue. This also happens a lot when out on the road lately when adding in stops. PLEASE FIX it is not fair to pay €20 a month for this s**t.
