Didn't let me log in, I tried multiple times and with two different emails and none worked. I read critical ratings about this app but thought they fixed it by now since i saw the last updated was afterwards, seems like that hasn't changed. Disappointing
wont even let me log in for the first time. garbage!
This app is so picky and unstable. It does not readily refreshes data from salesforce and in last 1 year I don't see or expect a change coming. If you guys ever read these user comments please improve your core product before going out for new additions like flight plans!
I like this app for the alerts on who's read emails, and it seems to function how it's intended. I wish there was a way to set a time period where it won't bother you with alerts - I'm not a huge fan of getting updates during nights and weekends. I'm definitely not using all the features of this app at this time, as most of my work is done on a computer, but it's helpful in situations when I'm away.
I am using her web app for past 8 months it was really good and mobile app makes my work easy thanks alot..
It looks really nice and cool thing to access your org and you can create account , Contact opportunity from anywhere.

Figured I would give this a try again and again disappointed. The App is improved but can not turn off email open notifications. The most cconcerning matter involves customer service. When I went to email customer service I received a reply email stating I had to go through a Portal with a 5 Step Procedure, which is impractical on a mobile device. Customer Service was always a strong part of Cirrus Insight. I am not sure if I can say that anymore.
Inbox defaults to oldest, must refresh multiple times to see newest emails. Same when viewing a specific thread, need to back out and reload. Discarding a draft doesn't work at all, must go in to gmail to discard. App triggers view notifications, you'd think that could be avoided from within the app. Turning off notifications just doesn't work at all. Clicking on a specific view notification takes me to a giant list where I can't locate the thread about which I just received said notification. Etc....
There were several issues in my previous review. I ended up contacting support and the issues were resolved quickly. They also replied to all my emails promptly. I enjoy using this and am looking to roll this out to my entire organization.
Keeps recycling the login page everyone I input my credentials. Reached out to tech support. They couldn't figure it out, escalated to the engineers and they still couldn't figure it out and eventually went MIA. Useful tool if it worked.
