I can't log in to my account so I can't do my nightly reading for class after work. My laptop isn't usable until I get home (an hour after my shift) due to a lack of wifi. Please fix this, my account works fine with a browser but not the app

Rated 0 because it spammed me to rate it. Also, many product videos don't work, and spams random notifications for things you don't need to know.
