App kept saying incorrect password even when i had connected to the AP with the same password. Cisco this is a really poor method to prime APs
Doesn't work at all. Dont waste your time. Shame on Cisco for not being able to fix this app.
Crashes when opening the app. Can't do anything with it. I expected more from Cisco.
Lighter faster and quick execution
Doesn't work. Same issues as everyone else.
Worst app on the app store.
Worked once. Had to prime some more aps 2 weeks later. Did not work. Crashes all the time. Useless.
Crashes all the time.. Surprised that this kind of bad quality can come from a global company like Cisco
There is something g really wrong with the whole provisioning process. Lately when priming the regulatory domain gets prunes but not the country and we have to reset the configurations as the ap wol not join a controller. Absolute garbage and no updates in almost a year. Opened multiple TAC support calls and no one can help.
Don't bother using this app until they fix the login issues. The app starts and goes straight to connecting to the provisioning SSID before letting you put in the AP credentials. Once you select the SSID to connect to, it just asks for a password, no user, so you get "invalid password" every time. They obviously have a thing for Apple, because I had to borrow an iPhone. That app works flawlessly.
Crashes constantly and takes so many attempts to actually prime an AP. Such a rubbish process, poor form Cisco
says WiFi password is incorrect, however same password works on other devices.
When I try connect to AP. App force close by itself everytime, cannot config anything.
Absolute garbage. Can not connect at all. Looks like Ubiquiti is the way to go. Their phone app is vastly superior to Cisco's.
I tried for 40 mins connecting to a factory AP, apart from seeing the SSID, nothing else worked. Phone froze a few times, had no choice but to reboot. Had to configure AP via Web browser.
I can connect to the UX ap then the app disconnects me and asks for a password only. Tried on my iPhone and works no problem.
Crab software. Often crashes. Fail fail to Connect to ap's. No option to reset software.
Does not work on Android 6.0.1. Won't allow you to enter the full credentials to the AP, just asks for a password that without the username won't work. Had to borrow a co-worker's iPhone... Fix this Cisco!!!
Really? This app is horrible not working properly I am getting invalid password on my phone but apple ios works fine but you can't choose the unprimed ap's ssid. Cisco tac tries but it is nothing they can do.
This does not work. It lists available AP's, when you attempt to attach to the universal AP it asks for the "Wi-Fi Password" then errors with incorrect password. Had to use customers iPhone to get this working!!!!!
Cisco is freaking retarded for this RIDICULOUS procedure to prime an AP
The app is not serving it's purpose.. Not sure why cisco created this
Work in iPhone but not Android.
WAKE UP CISCO FIX THIS APP! This application does not work on Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900V, Android version 6.0.1, Android security patch level June 1, 2016. I opened a case with Cisco and the answer was to use an iPhone! I used an iPad with Cellular and it worked as designed. This lack of support for Android is unacceptable for deployment engineers. It is very unprofessional to have to ask the customer if they have an iPhone so we can configure there new Cisco projects. Wake UP CISCO
Followed the Cisco documentation and everything appeared to be working. The app reported success and the AP rebooted..... After AP back up it is still unprimed and app reports the that it is not configured. Whatever changes are being made are not being saved.
