Headset is paired, but the app will not recognize it

Very simple and easy to understand, the headset upgrade took a good amount of time

Very handy way to update firmware and change settings in your Cisco headset. I love the option to set audible mute on reindeer when you speak.

Using 730 headset and it is connected but this app does not recognize it 9 out of 10. When it works it is sluggish and can't beleive this in enterprise quality from a vendor like this.

Do not buy 730 Headset the dual bluetooth connection does not work properly. Not worth the price paid.
