Please deny enroll.cisco.com on WLC so that the app can detect the ISE server.
Starting from Network Setup Assistant version 1.2.0.42, there will be a prompt for user and CA certificates on android mobiles > 4.3 too like older versions (android < 4.3).

Rubbish and cisco not responding. Clearly the app is not working and I can't provision my work devices because this app keeps asking if I'm on guest portal which I'm not. It works with the older androids but newer ones it never has an option to keep connection so goes around in a loop which means you cannot connect at all
Dumpster fire of an app. Every Android version upgrade breaks it. Android 9 wasn't fixed until a month before Android 10 shipped. Android 10 hasn't worked since it launched 6 months ago. Cisco, get your heads out of your asses if write some reasonable code that adheres to Android's APIs so your customers can reliably support BYOD networks with modern devices.
When Android updated it's OS, this app stops working. This looks like a recurring problem with the app. Unfortunately, since my company used it for their WiFi, there's no other option.
app isn't working on pocco f1 devices. it doesn't download necessary files which it is supposed to download to connenect to the network. it says "failed to download profile, have you logged in". despite following all the procedure and installing many times. Edit - apo still doesn't work even after latest update. please fix.
Not compatible with Android 9 or 10. When using this application to connect to a secure network, it is unable to download the profile. Numerous posts are on the Cisco forums covering it. Why can't Cisco resolve this?
Perhaps this method worked years ago but this does not work at all now. Very ashamed my university utilizes this useless app to connect to their internet. Non-functional and a waste of the data i spent downloading it.
Cannot provision Android 11+ with this app anymore. Profiles are not set after provisioning. Intermittent user certificates downloaded on Android 12 - certificates does not appear under "user certificates". Definitely issues on these newer mobile platforms.
It cannot download my profile. It kept asking me to log in the guest portal. I've repeated the steps many times yet it still cannot download the profile. I think it doesn't support android version 9. Please update!
It doesn't work. Certificate generation failed. I can't connect my new phone to my school's wifi, even though it worked last year.
Still doesn't seem to support Android 9.0. Even when it does work with older phones, the app is very dodgy.

doesnt work with any phone or technology newer than 3 years old. terrible application built by idiots. if this doesnt cause you to through all Cisco rubbish out the door I dont know what will.
Not working for Galaxy S10+ due to certificate download error. It says I have to login to out guest portal in the office, which I did before launching the app but still that error appears.
When will Cisco update this to support Android 10? They are always really behind on updating. Makes it impossible to keep a device current or use anything new.
Rubbish. Once my device upgraded to Pie, this app's no longer able to connect to servers. No response from developers.
The app deleted other certificates that I had previously installed and that were unrelated to this app. Now I need to spend hours fixing that. Shame!
Actual garbage, app is always giving me a hard time. This year it keeps telling me to log into guest portal even though Ive had on multiple browsers.

After I updated to android pie this App keeps asking if I'm on guest portal which I'm not. Sent emails to the developers but no response, highly disappointed with the service 👎
I was connected and then the wifi went down on my job and now i can not download the app. Im very disappointed.
when it works it works well, but, it is caught in a loop and it will not allow me to download my profile, not sure if it is the app or my company's network

Cisco needs to update this app to support Android P! Can't setup my device on the BYOD network at work along with others on Andriod P.
I use my phone for work and use this app to connect to the secure network to do my job. Now I have upgraded to a new phone which is android 9 and can no longer connect to the network, I need to be able to connect for Webex meetings and wireless AP verification and troubleshooting. Cisco needs to get this fixed ASAP, for being a network business leader, this is disappointing that they have an dropped the ball so far by not having android 9 support.
