This application was working previously. Not sure what changes were made that cause it to no longer work. I can get logged in but it disconnects from allowing phone service. Nothing changed on my company server. By the way I am the administrator that manages this service. The iPhone app works fine no issues. I have reported the issue to Cisco as well. Someone needs to address this issue.
You would think Cisco knows what they are doing but this app is terrible. Very disappointed from Cisco.. while using the app people don't hear me well and cutting off. Also the app signs you off from time to time randomly.. it's not a wifi issue because I use zoom and other apps and they work perfectly fine.. get it together Cisco!! Put some budget to this to make it work!!!
This is a spectacularly unhelpful app. If you're going to build a phone app, take notes from the Google and Samsung versions. Those are the standard. I can't block spam calls. I can't set it to ring past my do not disturb. If I do receive a call it's a fair chance that it will just disconnect instead of picking up.
Pretty poor for a business app cannot change the ring tone, being partially deaf it's not helpful. Does not remember user or password. When it does ring screen does not open up not helpful when driving. Thank you for the reply but you are wrong I'm fairly tech savvy. Still not working as said.
I can not even get logged into the app. (Android uses here.) I agree to terms, allow message ect. Enter my email address then it just says hang tight, spins and after several minutes (10-15) gives me an error message. If I could give 0 starts I would have. I don't know why this app won't work anymore for Android, as my last phone was an Android as well, and the app worked perfectly fine. I need this app for work, so I hope there is a solution soon.
Something is wrong with the last update. The screen frequently goes dark and doesn't display or load any content. Have to quit and relaunch multiple times for it to work.
Extremely poor App both mobile and desktop versions. Very poor support from BT and Cisco. Calls sometimes do not ring or showup at times. Need to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Bring back the BT App!
Nothing works .UC-one was ten times better . Cannot use it other than connected to wi fi . It's ineffective when outside of the office . It's a downgrade app . Please stop trying to get everyone to think it's an issue with their data provider or phone. Fix it or give us back UC -One 😤 . We need an app that allows us to work remotely not just over wi-fi .It's such a Bullshitapp .It's been months since the launching and nothing has improved in the slightest.
Latest screw up: yes, u guessed it right.. LOGIN!! Bingo. After screwing up everything, now the app always says it can't open the SSO page and want to open it in my phone's browser (Samsung Internet). And.. tada.. something went wrong! WOW guys 👍 do you even test anything? Getting bad by the day. Either you guys hv fired good people or brought in more dumbbells or both. It's like you are now in competition with Microsoft for stupidity. Why break things that works?
Update broke the app! Ever since the most recent update I have to reset and log into the app literally EVERY time I want to use it. If I hit the home button and go back to it, I get a black screen. Please fix!!
Works well about half the time. Maybe less. The app switches to the "do not disturb" setting randomly throughout the day so I spend a good portion of my workday checking my settings. Login process is super-buggy. I could go on about this. I have a lot that I hate about this app. I'd ditch it in a heartbeat, but it's what my company insists I use. Have a good day.
Battery drain. One percent per minute in conversation on my s21. Update: 'Your telephone is overheated' after 45 minutes of attending a meeting on the above phone. Battery issues remain.
Urgent attention required- Hi team, am not able to download cisco webex app in mobile, play store shows up "Something went wrong". When I try to use via browser, it again navigates me to play store where that shows up same again. I need to attend meetings via cisco webex app through mobile. Hence I m in need of urgent solution, kindly resolve it and reach me out to provide your service.
Not ready for prime time. Unable to recover after a call comes through. I loose audio from the instant the call rings through my Bluetooth. Had to use the link to reconnect, had to wait for Host again. Meanwhile the laptop lost connection and when I tried to use the link it said "we will notify you when host joins" while I was already in the meeting on the phone app. SMH
Painful to use. We got this as a tpg upgrade to their app to webex. Worst move. Tpg app was flawless. Webex - i cant use features, calls unclear, app needs to be logged into each time its opened. I will be advising tpg to go back to their original app.
I find this really glitchy. When it rings the notification doesn't open the app and I lose the call. When I do answer the call it doesn't stay connected. When I miss a call the app pings me about ten minutes later. Why oh why BT moved to a lesser app is beyond me. Also the third time I've tried to write a review. What gives?
rubbish, I cannot hear others and other can hear me on samsung s22+. I check all my permissions of the app and of course volume. I can hear ringtone too just can't hear others.
I can't connect to my vehicle so I won't be able to answer calls when driving and I cannot stop the calls unless I put my phone on do not disturb if I am in the building both my mobile and my telephone will ring at the same time which is quite frustrating..
If I'm in DND, that means I don't want to be disturbed. Sending me meeting notifications etc when I'm in DND is bloody annoying! This also happens on the web app, please fix this already!
Speaker doesn't work with this app only. It shows meeting as in progress until it catches up.
App was working fine but then it started crashing whenever i open the app. I have reinstalled and restarted my phone it is still having the same issue. After reinstalling, when i log in it takes me to the login page and after entering credentials it crashed
UPDATE: Chat list no longer moves during syncing. So that's fixed. Joining calls/meetings from mobile doesn't work if Firefox is the default browser. Context menu from home screen used to show notification details. Doesn't work any more.
Recent update broke app. Phone rings 1.5 times then goes to silence. Voicemail never triggers.
Frequently get notifications that a call is coming in, but only have the option to decline the call. There is no answer button. Rendering the app pretty much worthless.
Does no open Meeting links on the app, but the external browser, which is not supported... So you can't join shared meeting links from here.
UPDATE: I'll keep one star until the meeting functionality gets integrated. I don't know what the hell the PM is thinking that in order to join a meeting you have to install another app, which is WebEx Meeting... This is not what it's been advertised in the app description. Literally installing WebEx Team is not enough. You have merged those two apps on PC but not on phone? This is totally BS.
Generally pretty good, but recent changes have dropped some basic functionality like switch between phone and speaker mode for audio connection... Now just stuck in speaker mode. :/
I would not use this app if I had another option, unfortunately it is the company's choice. I apparently cannot be logged in on my phone and laptop at the same time and the login process is cumbersome. It is a very poor replacement for Office UC. I certainly would not recommend it. I have problems dialling numbers, often cannot accept a call, frequently the speaker does not work at all. I don't have these issues with other apps on my mobile. When I can avoid using it, I do!
