I registered for the service. It said my request has been successfully registered. Shockingly, even after two weeks of registration, I have not received the required credentials ( pincode, username, password etc) via SMS to my mobile number. I can't log in! What a joke ! This is a height of irresponsibility!
Poor app. Inefficient and lacking responsibility. Need to fix lot of problems.
I wanted to register the app. Downloaded it, but get no response from cit. Sent email twice, but no response. I also read some comments and found that other persons were also having the same problem. What is the problem? Please be smart!
Scroll option while doing through Internet is not working in our devices. It only shows bima menu only, swipe option not shown for our mobile having screen greater than 5.5.
Worst app experience.the UI is same which it was 2 years ago .no any updates.now even the balance is not showing. Fully irresponsible organisation.
this apk doesnt work. I had requested for registration before a month but i didnt get any responce yet. Now it says "This number has already requested for registration" please,be responsible & fix the problem.
same issue as many users faced already.. when will i get the pin code ..app displayed registration successful but didn't get any pin .. how to login to the app now ?? any suggestions??
Cannot register the app, they send us message like "you have requested for registration" but i did not get pin code to login... poor customer service.. and worst app..
I am waiting since 18 month ago for use this app. registered successfully shows there. but I did not get pin code. please solve this problem..
So worst app. I have been trying to use this app for a year but repeats the same problems. It never works. Why not the concerned body serious to their costomers!?😟
Didnt get the pin. It says ur mobile no is already used when tried to register again. How can I get my pin now? Theres a complain screen which opens sms with random letters. Very bad app.
Even after a month of registration, I am not getting any pin so that I can use the app further. Very PATHETIC!!
its more than 15 days of sign up and didnt even get login code.... i had made frequent call to their landline number during office hour but no one received phone.. what a pathetic and irresponsible company
I get logged in successful message n automatic app minimizes... When I get back from recent tab.. Again need to login... And repeat same... Cant access app
it doesnt shows any of the things like mini statement, full statement and others too. it shows the balance,,,
It is nice initiation of the trust. Sofar it has used only balance inquiry so it has to run for fund handelling as well.
For how long does migration process takes? Doesn't show the actual balance. Needs to be upgraded
Not for ios only android? Pls make available for ios also. Information on mob application is not updated. Pls make application updated if you want to provide better service through online. Thank you.
it has year till only 2075BS please add years upto 3000BS so that you dont have to update every year. new balance are uanble to load
I didn't get any code after registration. It denies re-register and says already requested. Worst service
this is the most usless app in the market no pin in 3days and i cant apply either.. why did they even come up wth it if ots not for use???
Very poor apps...waste of time...if we forgot the pin there is no option for new pin...
Unprofessional App which doesn't workly properly everytime & also unprofessional staff of CIT Office feel ashamed.

How can I reset PIN? It says my mobile number has already been registered (requested for registration). I could not use this app.
I hv registered it n i got code but after a month when i tried to login with same pin code app didnt accept my code n after 3 times it says ki my account is blocked. Can u fix this problm
No login mode now a days. Earlier there was login mode with username and password. Now there is only other options with sms redirection. Why login option is omitted? How to access it?

With difficulty I was able to get registered but the app doesn't show my balance properly. Sometimes it's missing the amount of one month and at other times it doesn't show any balance at all . If the App has been made for people's convenience then it should work properly. The concerned authorities should look into it as soon as possible! Nobody likes to waste their time on a useless app !!!
