Citadel Card Control

o Merchant type – based on the type of merchant where the transaction occurred
o Threshold – based on the threshold amount set by the use

It has been helpful. Uses a lot of battery power (29% today) and I'm finding my phone down to the 20s by the end of the work day. If this continues, I may need to scrap the app. This app keeps gps running almost constantly. I think that may be the source of the power drain.
It does what it's supposed to, but it would be so much easier to do the same thing through the actual Citadel app, which you have to be logged into any way to access anything. Even worse, it's a total battery drain. Like 20% of my battery usage drain.
It hasn't been working for over a week. I am signed into mobile banking, click on card control from the banking app and I get asked if I want to go to the app store. If I say no nothing happens. If I say yes it takes me to the App store where it shows the card control app, if I click open it says I have to open the app from mobile banking.....which is what I just tried to do. Very frustrating.
Stupid idea, this app should be integrated into the main citadel app. I shouldn't have to download this just to go back into the regular application click on "card control" then be redirected to this again. Very unorganized
Does not work! So disappointing. And before you ask, i have an android Samsung ultra and most updated app and software. Notifications are turned on. But nothing.
Worked great until it stopped working completely. Won't log in through the citadel app.
It is not working today...I am logged into the citadel mobile banking app too and the card control app keeps telling me to log into mobile banking...since I am logged in... it's sending me around in a circle.
It's one great app too have not many other banks offer it. Get the app for PC. Of mind ty u 4 making mobile banking easy.
I love the fact that I can turn it off in the morning and then no money instead of my account until I turn it on it's a great app thank you
Does not open when I'm on the citadel app and tells me my name and password are wrong even though I enter the same as my citadel ones
ABSOLUTELY love it! Makes me feel secure knowing I have the available options to keep my card safe.
You can't even open the damn thing anymore, why should you need to open it from the mobile banking main app? Why should it need to be a separate app at all?

It tells me to connect to card control in the app but when I do, it sends me back to the play store. Update, I Uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. It started to do the same thing by trying to send me back to the play store when I try to connect to card control, then suddenly it accessed the Card management. Still, the app is too unstable to rely on. The bugs need to be worked out.
